I know gas and time cost money and people will have you running all around town to look, but most people want these issues resolved immediately. He didn't B.S us with the whole "it will be $600 to come out and take a look and another $1000 to fix it. He said "for XYZ, I charge this." I like that and was able to know that when he arrived I had his money Scott, was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous plumbing experience in the past when a plumber showed up to my house (which I was renting) after pricing up what he thought I could afford he judged me, and set a price based on what money he thought I had and as a female thought I would go for the ridiculous price. I don't doubt that plumbing is a hard job, and that plumbers should be paid well for their worth. Scott was able to make a connection with what I could afford and he could accept for his time, experience and equipment. Scott, told me up front that the price would be more because of the difference in the job (clogged toilet v/s clogged pipes). Despite the increase, Scotts prices were still more reasonable (affordable) than, friends, family and acquaintances quotes. Scott came Saturday afternoon and he brought out all the guns (camera) to get the job done. After reviewing my plumbing issues he determined that there was no blockage anymore and probably all the other stuff cleared it. He reinstalled our toilet with seal, gave us some TP (toilet paper) knowledge and charged us a lower fee than was quoted the second time, and kept it moving. Scott was knowledgeable, efficient, affordable, dependable and thorough. I would definitely call him if I have an issue with plumbing in the future.

(Other estimates were between $1280-1600.) He and a helper showed up on time to do the work. Which included replacing a valve stem in a shower handle, removing a 30 gallon water heater from my attic, replacing it with a 30 gallon water heater and adding a disconnect. they also replaced the expansion tank without consulting me instead of using the expansion tank. thathad been put on a couple years ago. He arrived at 9:30 in the morning. At 11 AM they had not gotten the water heater out of the attic and informed me that the water heater they bought was too wide to access the opening into the attic and they would need to return it and get a different type of water heater. They left my house around 3:30pm (taking between 11:30 and 1:40 to return their first selected water heater and have lunch.) He charged me $603.90 for materials $2112 for labor. My total invoice was $2,715.90! If you work with this man, i strongly advise that you have him commit to an estimate in writing prior to beginning work. $2,715.90

Showed up when he said he would and evaluated the situation. The 56 year old septic tank had not been serviced in 20 years. It was full and leaking around lid into dirt. He stopped pumping when parts were exposed that had completely crumbled into gravel. He asked before proceeding with anything that might involve more cost. He did the necessary repairs and pumped the tank quickly but with care to do it correctly. His price was much less than expected and according to the plumber friend also much less than other companies. They have the cleanest equipment I've ever seen for a septic company. He packed down the dirt gently until it was completely level ready for grass seed and was very careful to not tear up the rest of our yard as a different company did at another home. He swept the mud off the driveway and left no mess whatsoever. He truly cares and is a very hardworking young man who was raised in this business.
