I requested Westlink Services in BANKSTOWN to do a tile clean of my bathroom , kitchen, dining…read moretiles, and window cleaning of my front windows. Two men came along to do the job, one younger man called Zahid (who was a hard worker), and the other, an older, very lazy, motivated man. Zahid cleaned my windows but did not dry them, so they were left with dried, dirty areas. The tiles in the kitchen, dining, and bathroom were not cleaned as per the quote. No cleaning machinery was used; Zahid, as he said, said the space was too small (which is not true). They just were running out of time and didn't want to do it. Zahid sprayed a cleaning chemical on a few areas of the tiles and wiped them (with towels and a mop, which I had to provide as they did not have any). None of the tiles were cleaned properly, and the other older man, who was supposed to do my bathroom/ shower all tiled area, simply sprayed a few spots, cleaned the shower screen, and that was it. He did not touch the bathroom floor tiles and did not give the bathroom a good clean as mentioned in their quote. After they left, as the older man was rushing, the younger man (Zahid), I noticed the tiles did not look any better. When I contacted Zahid later to complain, he said he would come back but charge me extra per hour. So, 1- they did a very poor job as they were totally unmotivated, 2- I had to supply all the towels and a mop so they could wipe my floor in small areas, 3- their attitude was, if you want us to come back, then pay us again per hour, 4- they had a no-care attitude, and it was a bodged, rushed job with no thought to customer service. THEY JUST DID NOT CARE. Consumer BEWARE.
