Terrible service. I pre booked and paid for a car from farnborough airport for 1pm and specifically said it may land a little later and we would pay waiting time. The driver arrived at 1 and I said they hadn't landed yet and repeated that we would pay waiting time. At 1:15 the passenger and all the staff at the airport are looking for the driver and he's nowhere to be found and I spend 10 mins trying to call the cab company but their system recognises my number and just gives me a voice message saying your taxi is on its way and the system doesn't allow me to speak to a human. I finally get through at 1:36 to be told that they sent Driver's away as the plane has not landed and that the driver is 2 mins away. Obviously I cancelled the car as it was now very late. terrible service read more

Awful human beings working for this place. You will book a cab in advanced and then they will shell you off to another cab company because they're too incompetent to organize a taxi service read more

On the whole not a bad taxi service. Have had a few issues where i booked a cab. Got a confirmation and then never turned up after 1.5 hours. Repeated calls to rude operator who threatened to cancel booking. All the driver i have taken rides with have been great. They need to state when you book if they cannot deliver service. read more

I ordered a taxi for a group of five friends. After being told we'd missed our first taxi, we waited on a street corner for around three quarters of an hour whilst they allegedly sent two more taxis to our location. No taxis turned up. I do not think this taxi company actually exists. I think it is actually a ruse. read more

Customer service is unpleasant with client when booking. And taxi driver are make sure all the time take take you least 5 minutes longer rote to made you pay more then the actual trip would cost. Obviously they don't like to be told what what to go. Never use them ever again. Disgusting!!! read more

I ordered a Taxi from this so-called firm an hour before a journey to the train station. As if being disabled isn't hard enough and having to use a wheelchair. I feel completely abused by there lack of care. This was Booked for 16.30 for a train leaving at 17:04 but after numerous calls at 16:57 was told they were waiting for a driver. They couldn't even phone to let me know subsequently I missed my train. Would never use this company as there lack of commitment to their customers is disgusting. Keep well away. read more

Don't use this company if you want a car to turn up, I'm not even talking about on time. They accepted the booking, confirmed and after calling them 3 times over 45 mins they said it hadn't even been given to a driver. Really bad attitude about it, really didn't seem to care. read more
