This company has people working there that are extremely rude and could care less about the stress they are putting their customers through. My septic was supposed to have a final inspection within days of me moving four hours to a new town, instead me and my family were homeless for over a month because this company took their sweet time coming to my property and completing the necessary steps to get a final inspection. Without the final inspection on the septic, we could not get a final inspection on the house, therefore we could not get lights nor could we get water. Every time I called in to speak with someone, they acted as if they had no clue who I was even though I had called multiple times before. The woman who was overseeing the work at my property was completely and utterly rude each time I spoke with her, and she hung up in my face three times. She then threatened to do it again because I was upset (understandably) with the lack of communication and service. I would not recommend this company if you actually want to work with a company that cares about their customers and knows how to communicate with them effectively. They over charge, take no responsibility for their screw ups, and blame their customers when they get upset. If I wasn't forced to use this company, I never would have given them my business. read more

I called this company for quote on a septic tank and some fill dirt work to be done and they couldn't even set up an appointment for some one to come out and inspect it and give me a price or some kind of time frame, said they were booked up for weeks and didn't know when they could get out to look at it, and that was the end of the conversation! A1 septic tanks somehow placed our septic tank in the wrong location. Cannot retain power to new mobile home because of wrong placement. What a nightmare! They refuse to correct or take any responsibility. Won t communicate with my sick elderly parents! read more

Unbelievable that a company can do the things this company has/is doing. The RUDE girl I spoke with numerous times was so unprofessional!! I paid them good money for a service and we still were having problems. I called a plumber because I had no idea that A1 had not pumped my tank until the plumber showed me it was FULL. I called back several times and also the plumber spoke with them. She had absolutely no apologies or any thing to say except she wanted another $400.00 to send them back out. I sent her pictures of my Full septic tank and she basically called me a liar and hung up on me. I have since called another company that came out quickly and apologized for the trouble A1 has caused and said they absolutely did not pump my tank!! Apparently this happens often with them. I have talked to at least 5 people since all this happened that said they were a nightmare of a company!! Wish I had checked their reviews first!!!! read more
