This would be an easy adjustment and could have even been part of the insurance claim. I live out of state and had them do the work for my 90 year old mother. When I actually got back to visit my mother I notice the gutters were not attach properly and water was running off the roof and behind the gutter system. Before the work the gutter system worked find. I called the for a simple gutter adjustments, that is actually have the roof dump the water into the gutters. I was told they did not replace out gutters and it was not their issue. I told him that gutter adjustment when you replace an entire roof to insure proper drainage is normal operation when I my personal roof replaced. Jarod (the owner) told me that is not how he does business and hung up on me. I did call back, he did not take my call but I did tell him I was now going to write a review. I do not like writing negative reviews. I believe in working with people to resolve issues. AlphaOne seems to want to ignore good customer relationships and allow issues to fester. Know if you do not inspect every aspect of the project, get every detailed in writing, I not sure that they actually count the number of roofing nails. The owner will tell you it not their problem. I am sure I did not ask about the adjustment of gutters. When you pull off a roof and are throwing materials off and onto the roof gutters get bumped. From my experience with good companies they know this and ensure the gutters are aligned.

When the air conditioner didn't work this summer we thought that it was probably something they didn't hook up correctly after replacing the furnace, so we had the old company come back out. They swore it was nothing they had done and that our entire central air system needed replaced and said it was going to cost us over $7000. They gave us a whole laundry list of things that they said were broken. I didn't trust them and thought it had to be something they did since it worked just fine until they replaced the furnace. So I called AC Service company out to give us a second opinion. Jarrod was amazing. It turns out that it wasn't something that the other company did wrong. However, it was a simple fix of replacing the thermostat and now the air-conditioning is working fine!!! That other company was super shady and was going to cost us over $7000 (and based on how slow they were fixing the furnace, wouldn't be done for several weeks). Jarrod of AC service company had it fixed for under $400 the same evening. And he showed us several things that the previous furnace people did that were not up to code and could be downright dangerous. AC service company saved our budget and possibly saved us a major problem next winter. I am so grateful for AC service company and I will be using them from now on! Thank You Jarrod!!!
