This job started in October 2018 and thy didn't finish until some time in January 2019. They removed the old shingles from our house without having the new shingles, a tarp of some kind was placed on the roof and of course it rained and of course we had water damage to several areas within our home. It took over three weeks to get the shingles. Everyday the singles was in and they had to pick them up. What happened I don't know all I know are they was lying. Once the shingles got in the were short about 17 bundles. Another lie started and approximately three more weeks. They had my yard a mess while they were building dormer. Excess Paper, scrap wood and extra 2x4 and plywood saw dust etc basically a mess in my front yard and porch. The claim the job didn't include new gutters and down spouts and repair of fascia boards and damage wind screens and tried to tell us they would complete it for $1.00. USAA paid these suckers almost $30k for this poor service ( well I guess we were the suckers for believing the would honor their word). We told them no way the insurance quote stated those thing would be included. Once they got the money the only way you can get them is call from a different phone or they accidentally answer (Will or Rick). I've called over 100 times trying to get them to complete the warranty paperwork. They lied said it got stuck in a cue, next two times they would drop it off, next Will was out of town and he had to sign it. To this date 13 June 2019 we still have not been able to get our Preferred Warranty Certificate. Do not use if you do you will be sorry also use them at you own risk. Never again.

Explained what they would do, the price up front and got to work that day. There was no BS we will put you on a schedule or come back in a week. They got to work immediately, that minute. They figured it out quick, showed what it was and where it was at and fixed it 100% the next day. This had been a problem for a month and I was dreading the repairs. He was confident and matter of fact that he could do everything start to finish and quickly. Thanks to Mark and his team. I highly recommend them. They might not be your first call to a contractor but they'll be your smartest call for sure!
