The three members of staff who have…read moreserved me over the last week in Barnstaple's O2 shop have each been friendly and knowledgeable when investigating phones, buying a phone, and then addressing an issue with an incorrect SIM card. Perhaps they've had a change of staff, or a particular staff member is at fault here? One thing I will say you can be waiting a while in the shop when it's busy. And if an alarm is going off, it can be incredibly annoying. That being the case, I've left and come back later.
