I contacted them to remove an out-of-control shrub that had a tree growing in the middle of it that was at least 15' tall. I wanted the entire plant removed. 1. When they came out to give an estimate I never received anything in writing for an estimate or a contract for the job. 2. Upon payment for the job I never received a receipt. 3. They were not able to grind the stump out at the same time as cutting it down. This was fine, but it was a full 5 weeks later before this was done and only after three phone calls to motivate. Never got an apology or any attempt at an explanation. Very amateur operation. Steer clear!
