Moved from California to North Carolina. My belongings were carefully wrapped and placed in the moving vans for a 2 month storage at A2B in Sacramento area. Belongings were delivered early per my request. A2B had the foresight to hire an additional 3 people locally in Wake Forest to assist them in offloading my belongings quickly (about 4 hours) before predicted thunder and rainfall began. Once my belongings were placed in the correct location in our new home and unpacked, the additional 3 workers were paid by A2B and sent on their way while the remaining 2 A2B employees assembled beds and furniture and placed them per my wife's instruction. They move quickly. They damaged a wall and had a horrible excuse as to why the wall was damaged. I could see the paint and finish coat of mud on floor. I work in the trades. When you damage something you say something. Please just speak up when things like this happen, it's the proffesional thing to do. read more

I hired Fairfax Transfer after many successful moves and got A2B, as they are apparently owned by the same people. I never asked for, or had heard of this company until moving day. And thus began the most expensive and disastrous move I've ever had. Unprofessional and rude movers, 13 hours on a 7-8 hour estimate and $1000 over the estimated cost. More damaged items than I've ever had on a move, and poorly assembled furniture that might have led to more damage or even safety concerns. Add to that a complete lack of willingness to make it right or even deal with my complaint in a straightforward manner. I had a tough situation whereas I needed some flexibility on move dates due to the sale and pending relocation for us, but these guys at A2b were great and very accommodating. They kept in touch with us for coordination of the move and also stayed in contact to let us know when they expected to show up on moving day. And they were on target. Since we moved from Nothern VA to Florida and we didn't have enough stuff for a full truck, they did their best to line up another load going south so we only had to wait a little over two weeks before our stuff showed up. It could have taken up to 90 days, per the contract, but they were great about doing everything they could to speed things up. When they arrived in Florida to our storage unit (we are waiting for our house being built to be completed) they did great moving things into storage for us, having some local guys show up to help unload. My experience: Pros: Showed-up on time, the two movers were excellent Cons: -We were scheduled to have 3 movers and a large truck with an estimated time to move 5-6 hours @ $1100-1200. Two movers showed with a medium sized truck and 2 trips had to be made. It took 12 hours and cost more than $2000. - On move day I contacted A2B and asked where the 3rd guy was and they never responded to my call nor did they ever follow-up. This is an incredibly late and overdue review! Grant, Dustin, Wilber, Chelses, William, Carlos, and all other teammates involved - THANK YOU! After a life-altering event, my parents needed to move our entire family during an incredibly busy moving season. With COVID at its peak, almost ALL movers were booked out for MONTHS. A2B was open for business LITERALLY the ONLY two days we *could* complete a move. With everything last minute and short staff, we did pack as much as we could personally. But packing for 6 people is not simple. I was pulling all-nighters and they were ... brutal. We were moving from a house with 15+ years worth of material possessions... it was BRUTAL. Due to time constraints, we offered to pack as much as possible beforehand so the team could just assist with the move and unloading. BOY OH BOY, that was not the case at all... we needed MUCH more help. GRANT was the coordinator in all of this and EXTENSIVELY helped me get things together for the entire family. Not only was he responsive, but he was also ALWAYS on top of communication, respectful, mindful, assertive, willing to assist, willing to adapt, and remained as flexible as he could (with the circumstances present - trust me this was a hard enough situation and room for flexibility was not an easy task). We had last-minute changes, last-minute materials needed, last-minute packing/labor needed, you name it ... Grant helped. Not just Grant..... Chelses, Wilber, William, Carlos were also incredibly helpful! One individual was not present but was part of the logistics team. To those who were physically present in this list, they were there from the crack of dawn to the sunset. Respectful at all times and in a multitude of ways (with 4 ladies in the house this was a big deal for us), they also assisted last minute with materials, resources, and packing. The guys here did the best they could in transporting things and even helped us offload and placed things in all designated regions of the house. TO TOP IT OFF, they helped us even at late hours (Overtime) to get our mandatory/essential furniture together! WE WERE ALL GRATEFUL TO HAVE BEEN SLEEPING IN OUR BEDS THAT NIGHT. It was close to IMPOSSIBLE with the amount of time loading had taken in a day! Especially knowing they had moves scheduled back-to-back before/after us. Not just that Grant CONTINUED to consistently check in with me during the entire move! Even though he may have been away from his desk, he was ALWAYS on top of things and attentive to our family's needs! This helped him schedule and make sure we had enough people, items, and help in the entire duration of this journey! We had almost 4/5 people helping us ALL day long for the move. They helped with taking apart as much furniture (and even putting it back together), wrapping, loading delicate and heavy items, and a bunch more! Quick, agile, strong, and attentive. This is not our first move overnight, it is not our first move within a couple of miles, we knew things were going to be tough... A2B made it as easy as possible. Some things were wonky, maybe chipped in moving or broke, we knew EXACTLY what we were getting into (this is not a complaint we did NOT expect perfection)... But more than that, we appreciate the hard work they put in and resolving any/all issues present. Yes, there were some issues, Grant did work us through those as best as he could have..... which IMO is better than being abandoned or NOT handling concerns/complaints during the busy season. They sent 4 men over to move 2 heavy arcade machines, 1 being around 700 lbs, and the guys did such a great job. I was a novice in moving and I do not have a good recollection of my experience with the A2B Moving & Delivery (Springfield VA serving DMV). 1. Quote I received was not what I ended up paying. The lady and I spent a substantial amount of time on the phone with me giving a detailed inventory of the number of small, medium, large boxes I had (they were all packed); over every single piece of furniture I needed to be moved, so foolishly I thought my quote was based on workload and that it would be accurate as the coordinator did not want to low ball me. She did not low ball, but my bill was higher due to number 2. 2. One guy out of 3, sometimes 2 guys would be chatting on the phone/checking/engaging with phone and 'taking it easy'. The crew was not hard at work for the full duration. I thought they should try to do their job in the amount of time their own company quoted me, I was wrong.... 3. Surprises: having to pay for insurance and being charged a 3% credit card fee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously? After a day of misery, at the very end you just add another punch of me having to pay 3% for you to process a credit card payment? Wow... You could have told me ahead of time, really..... Esp. when your bill comes higher than expected and then this sweet 3% cherry on top of a high expense (moving is expensive by the way!!!) Credit card processing fee was not included in any email communication, no was it mentioned when I was working with the move coordinator to determine the cost of my moving needs. I literally found out when the move was over, bill was due and I was shocked. 4. And I saved the best for last. After moving everything into the storage, some months later a different crew came to move me into a house. What did we discover? Two (2) expensive pieces of furniture - bookcases which create a full wall bottom to ceiling book shelving system (West Elm) and a recently purchased solid wood 6 drawer dresser (Mobican) had damage. Mobican dresser was wrapped but got damaged, and West Elm shelves were not wrapped at all - attached photo taken outside storage!!! Mind you I purchased many packing supplies myself and even had some bubble wrap left not used by the movers. And I was paying for cloth pads and other supplies directly from A2B (over $400!!!!!) so there is no good reason for not packing my expensive furniture adequately. The second crew which moved me and I took numerous photos before they loaded stuff from storage to the moving truck - they wanted to make sure it was clear that he damage was due to the initial crew (rightfully so). Well, to make a long story short, at some point - MONTHS after my inquiry/complaint/claim and in the midst of pandemic I was informed that if I want to get anything (any financial compensation) I need to get several furniture repair companies to come out and attest to how much damage there really is (since photos in the midst of pandemic are not enough). So, in summary, the second crew I worked with was great, the first crew was realllllyy realllllyy not, and the company's management was just disappointing from not protecting me as a customer in light of my furniture being damaged to surprising me with a 3% credit card purchasing fee, which was also truly uncalled for (I believe now it is 5%!). Thinking about this still makes me disappointed as it was very expensive to move and due to personal circumstances I had no choice, and having paid so much for moving & entrusting the company for packing my furniture and paying for all the packing materials and not being compensated for damages due to poor packing sucks... read more

These guys were fantastic. We booked them about 2 weeks in advance and they gave us an hour window in which they would arrive. They were running a little late and called in plenty of time to tell us. When they arrived, the 3 gentlemen (Mark, Adam, Shane) were fast and professional. There was no slow movement to make more $$ (they work per hour). It was hot. It was a tough job, and there was never a complaint or sourness. They only took 2 small, tiny breaks the whole day just to get some water and take a seat! All our furniture was professionally wrapped and protected. They even found room to add my plants to transport in their 26' truck! For a 1600 sq ft home, it took them 4.5 hours start to end. They are worth every darn penny. Hire these guys. read more

Despite many promises as to how my things would be transported, stored, handled, and delivered, the company didn't deliver on a single one of their promises. A LOT of money changed hands. Paid extra for Zero deductible, full value, full coverage insurance, yet, they refused to file a claim for the incredible damage they inflicted. Manyt promises were made, and broken. The estimator Grant was polite, and I like him a great deal. However, back at headquarters where they pull the strings, an entirely different story. The estimate included 3 full trucks, with a full crew, and a 1 day move. They didn't have enough truck space to complete the pack out so they quit and promised to return the following morning. On that day, the paperwork showed 4 men for this day, but only 2 showed. They finished loading up, then told me, we have to go, even though Grant promised to help you load out all your music gear, Wilbur said we don't have time for that. (This was a key promise made by Grant, the estimator, and he assured me many times it would be done!) Why didn't I trust them to move 250K worth of music gear? Irreplacable items, and a general sense of unease about their stability, despite having chosen them over 2 other competitors, based entirely on Grants assurances, and his power of persuasion. I have a terrible hand injury waiting for surgery, and multiple blown disks, and needed that extra assistance, and one of the promises that they made was that this would be done. I had to make no less than 4 calls, and the poor moving lead was bouncing like a ball back and forth. towards the end of the packet, they stopped applying inventory stickers, and just started shoving my things into the truck without a care as to how this might play out. He kept leaving, then co0ming back for items he missed. I was more than a little alarmed. I was both pissed off, and downright dismayed. I let them know, and after half a dozen exchanges, and return trips, my things were packed, but an entire extra day was consumed. It gets worse. They stored all my things, and didn't keep track of them. When they scheduled delivery to my new home, they arrived 3 hours and 45 minutes late, in two trucks. I asked, is this all of it? There is no chance it all made it on the truck! "Yes sir, we have an itemized inventory here!" I asked to see it, and whoever packed the truck marked down a check (to indicate it had been verified, and loaded!) on 471 items. However, only about 400 items were there, and many incomplete, thanks to them further disassembling them after they sticker them. So, they proceed to unpack it all, and do a decent job of unpacking it all, and not tearing up my house too much. They DID gouge the living crap out of the first landing on the stairs of my freshly sanded, and refinished hardwood floors, and at the end of the unload, the lead told me, um sir, there are many pieces missing from your furniture, and we cannot assemble your bed, or your kitchen table. Went and checked the truck, and sure enough it's empty. I check the inventory list, and about 20% of my belongings were nowhere to be found. Susbsantiall list of missing things. This included many pricy items. Also..."Um sir, I am not sure how this happened, but your 6500 dollar entertainment center got damaged." I kept calm, but was making a mental checklist of all the stuff that went wrong, and trying to wrap my head around how badly this was playing out. I have to say, judging from my experience so far the so called insurance doesn't exist. If it did, they wouldn't have had to take my entertainment center back with them, and TRY to fix it. The damage they did on that load out was relatively bad, but it got worse. It's midnight. The lead won't sign the paperwork showing an incomplete delivery, and neither will I. He calls Wilbur. Wilbur couldn't give a flying fig about my move (he is the one who decided to tell the lead to screw me the first time, and was doing so again now!) Wilbur demands the remaining balance, even though he hasn't upheld his end of the contract by ANY MEASURE. And he is rather nonchalant about how pissed I am. I didn't torch him. I merely asked him how he intended to make this right. "I will look around the warehouse, and call you back tomorrow". 3 days go by, and not only does he not call, but when he DOES, it's day 5. I politely tell him, you and I are done. I call Grant the following day to ask him when to expect my goods, and give him the entire rundown. He tells me, well, I cannot say anything that is going to make this better, but we WILL make it right. Victor calls and promises me a call in one day. Takes him 4. 11 days after delivery, they bring the rest of my stuff, and damage the entertainment center further! I am also out a 1400 dollar Balsam Hill Christmas tree! Avoid this company like the plague. They are not professionals. They are rank amateurs. A2B failed. Weeks more waiting ahead. read more

I am so incredibly impressed with the team and their professionalism. If you do not go with A2B Moving you will regret it. I contacted 4 companies total (including A2B) for quotes and they were THE ONLY company to give me a quote on the spot. The other companies told me they had to put an itemized list into a system to give me a quote. Glenn was able to provide a quote on the spot. About 24-48 prior to the move date they called to confirm we were still good. On the day of the move, I received a call to let me know they were 15 minutes out. Tony showed up with 3 men (Javier, Shane, and Ryan). Tony was extremely professional and introduced each member of his team. My family and I were so impressed with how the team communicated with each other and worked so seamlessly. I do not think I have ever seen anyone communicate as well as these gentlemen did. Each team member took great care in prepping all the furniture and making sure all items were ready to load onto the truck. We had a few items that were scratched and wobbly from years of wear, and each team member made sure to let us know that it was already there and asked if we still wanted to take them. For the items that we did keep, the team even assured me they would try and tighten the screws so that the items would be more stable. When we arrived to the new home, Tony let the team know this was a new construction home and to be extra careful of the walls. We had so much stuff and the new place is 4 floors total. About 80% of the large items were going to the 4th floor. There is not a single scuff, scratch, or hint of a mark on my walls!! I do not know how they did that. They were amazing. I am incredibly thankful for A2B Moving and their incredibly professional and hard working team members. They do not play when they are on the clock!! I have seen in past moves with other companies where the movers would walk around and slowly move things, but not A2B! They were running in and out and trying to make good time. In the future, if I move again, I will 100000% be calling them back and requesting their services. I have already told all my friends and family to be sure to give them a call. Do not use this company! They are a rip off. I moved on Friday, October 30 and the movers hit my water sprinkler in my apartment and broke it. Moving is a welcome an experience as bad case of the flu. One positive note was hiring A2b Moving. I contracted for two movers; the company sent three (a trainee, but you could have fooled me). Dennis, Chris, and Shane were all personable, careful, and extremely strong! They moved from my house quickly and expertly (taking time to secure a bookcase I really hadn't) and quickly into my new location, which was tricky. The team called with its ETA. The price was as stated, reasonable to me, since we had a long drive to my new location. I don't know where the company got its moving team, but the team actually enjoyed meeting this client. I spent a lot of money and received pretty bad service. The first group of movers that showed up at my house or led by a man name Marco. He was rude and obnoxious and constantly yelled at his crew. He was not careful with my belongings, furniture, things that I've had for years that belong to my daughter that I wanted to keep and pass on to her children. he raised his voice towards me more than once. I didn't stand for it, however, he was in the middle of moving my house. Also, the end destination was a storage unit where I was storing all of my items until I could move into my house. They finished up quickly. When I started to inspect the storage unit, he got agitated and angry, because I was taking too long. I paid them and went back and took a look at the unit. They had broken most of my Halloween animatronics that cost me a small fortune. They broke and ruined a lot of my daughters, American girl, Barbie, and other items that she was hoping to keep and pass on. They created mountains of items not taken care of how fragile. Some of it was. They put heavy items on top of delicate items. I complete, but it didn't do any good. In fact, they stopped calling me, or returning my calls I did use them a second time and the second group of movers actually did very well. They were still in a hurry and piled things up, but they were really just boxes and bins. The first set of movers broke and ruined a lot of my things that meant a lot to me and my daughter. Her childhood toys that she took such good care of our now are ruined and broken and we're not able to pass them on. Save your money and find different movers. Friendly and hard working but disorganized. I had scheduled them to pick up my full 10x20 already packed storage, with no large furniture, and move it into a townhome 35 minutes away. They showed up exactly on time but they had about a third of the back of their truck filled with other people's stuff. They spent nearly 2 hours trying to fit my stuff around the stuff already there before giving up and offloading all of the extra stuff into the storage locker and completing my load. They then had to stop for fuel on the 12 mile trip to the drop off. I would expect a truck to show up ready for the move scheduled. It took them an hour and 20 minutes to travel that. I had just drove it in 35 so am confident it wasn't traffic causing the delay. At the drop off I helped to Nola's that speed up the process and they had a good, energetic as pace from that point on. read more

This is just my experience with a sample size of one. Not to be taken as a general referendum. When I talked with the management at A2B, I had high hopes that they'd do a good job. Unfortunately, the folks who actually do the work don't share the management's (expressed) values. They said they would arrive with a 26' truck and if it wasn't big enough, there would be another smaller truck in reserve. Wrong! They arrived with a 24' truck and when it was full, they said there were no other trucks available. So we were left with over 100 cubic feet of HHG that we had to transport in our car. That took several trips. Furthermore the truck wouldn't start when they had loaded and were preparing to leave. So they just sat there in the cab for about a half hour waiting for someone to come start the truck. Meanwhile, all three workers were on the clock. We've moved at least 2 dozen times and have never sustained as much damage as A2B managed to inflict. They gouged the walls in our house with the corners of the furniture, tracked mud into the house, mangled wooden furniture, forced things to fit through doors and up stairs that would "almost" fit, and ignored my suggestions to not use hand trucks in the (wet/saturated) yard. They did not have enough wrapping blankets, so they couldn't protect anything that loaded late in the process--which naturally happened to be our best furniture. And when they finished, they didn't leave any paperwork, e.g., receipt, record of activities, etc. While this may sound like a litany of complaints, I'd be remiss not to mention that the workers were nice and never flinched at the our requests for help moving things around (with the possible exception of moving a refrigerator across the wet grass....) The price was fair. They even "credited" me for 15 minutes when the truck wouldn't start. If only the service had been more acceptable. Perhaps the quality of service is usually better, but I've definitely experienced much better! read more

I used A2B moving for a local move, horrible. I got three quotes and thought I did my homework but wow, these guys are bad. I have moved often and I have never had such bad service. Because of COVID there was no walk through but we went over all the rooms and numbers of items being moved, as did all the other companies. The quote was of three men for 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 hours, I "upgraded" to four and it still went two hours over the time so I was stuck paying the hourly rate. Even though the majority of the time seemed to be taken up by the guys wrapping my items they managed to break 4 pieces and honestly that's where the problems escalated. The gentleman who works their claims is rude and unresponsive. They took one chair back with them to fix and they had it for almost two months, I had to reach out continuously for updates. It took them three months to arrange for someone to come and fix two more pieces, again no updates and the gentleman was combative about basic customer service. The final issue was an antique mirror they chipped and could not fix. They offered $50 but when I crossed out the section on their release that said I would not negatively review them, they would not agree to that. Since fixing the mirror was going to cost more than $50, I chose to be able to warn others about these guys. read more

Our piano store uses A2B movers exclusively for delivering our pianos. We have worked with a number of other movers; however, once we were introduced to Glen, we knew we had found the perfect match for our clients. The dedicated piano team is extremely professional. They use long boards for grand pianos, which distributes the weight across the entire side of the piano, versus throwing a grand piano on a standard furniture dolly, which many movers do. As we move pianos that range up to $70,000, having someone who knows what they are doing gives us a great deal of peace of mind. Our customers always comment on how careful and professional the moving team is. They take the time to make sure the home and piano are protected during the move and work with the home owners to find the perfect position. A2B has moved hundreds of pianos for us with nary a scratch or mark on them. We have had many customers who moved their piano out of the home first, then went back to A2B for the house move because they were so pleased with the service. They were excellent (especially Chris) when moving my grand piano. I referred them to my daughter & son-in-law (one year later) for their move on July 29, 2021. Josh (who I worked with for my move) did an estimate that came to $4,000. I used A2B again on July 27th, 2021 to pick up a piano from Winchester, bring it to Ashburn & take my grand piano from Ashburn to my daughter's new home on the 29th. We were charged double for the travel time since A2B was coming from their location rather than taking the piano directly there as originally planned. My daughter was charged for 3 men (90 minutes) to set the piano up on the day of her move, but I had already paid for that service & for the travel there from the A2B location. So, they should not have been charged for travel again for the 2nd truck or charged for the piano setup. It was not the movers' fault...but I hold the owner, controllers & managers responsible. The $4,000 move was doubled in price by the time they were finished. The crew of 5 worked hard & were exhausted as the day progressed. To end up with an $8,000 bill was ridiculous. The move was to take 7 1/2 - 9 hours but took 15. They were working from 9 am to midnight. Although they were finished by 12:00 midnight, my daughter was charged another 30 minutes for 5 men to fold moving blankets in the trucks. Bottom line...there should have been a second crew for the last half of the move (the men could not help moving slower due to exhaustion) or the move should have been continued the next day with the same crew or a fresh crew. My daughter & son-in-law are due back double charges for the piano set up, travel, gas & should be reimbursed 1/2 of the last half of the move, due to the circumstances. Josh estimated that 2 trucks would be enough and that was correct. Plus, one truck already had my grand piano in it, so space was not an issue. I know they see now that there should have been an in-person estimate done. An estimate from a professional company should never double in price. So, my daughter & I have called, texted & spoken with numerous people for over a month (all documented). Most of our (over 25) attempted communications were ignored. Josh, Grant & Lisa listened & passed the information on to management/owners & literally, still no response. We gave them ample time to respond & correct the situation but we have yet to be contacted by anyone important enough to issue a refund. They were quick to cash the check but nothing has been made right & at this point, I am ready to seek legal counsel. Do not trust this company & be sure to read the contract thoroughly about travel expenses since you will be charged per hour for each man from the time they leave their office, not when they arrive at your home. Even back with my move a year ago, when a leg on a chair was broken, I did not report it or say anything because the men had worked so hard. But, a worker tucked the leg into position & never said a word. I am glad I moved the chair again before someone sat on it & got hurt. A2B moving has missed out on a lot of referrals from my family & I will warn everyone I know never to use them. Thoroughly Disappointed. read more

Moving can be a pain we all know it, and as a service member I've had my fair share of moving. It was a good start to my move. The guys came on time, and shortly before putting anything on the truck , the crew manager said, we can load faster if we can get another guy. Now don't you think management should know how many people they need on a move? I'm not sure if they train their people to do things like that, but I call it the okie doke. Let's see if we can make more money. I called the office to let them know what their crew manager had asked. It just pissed me off. Don't try to increase the cost more than it already is. Then there's more charges, hidden fees is what I call it. They give you the quote based only on man hours. They charged me for not having a loading dock, cause the crew had to walk approximately 30 feet from the door to load the truck. Oh and please make sure you get a quote for supplies, that where the nickels and dimes happens , thats the hidden cost we don't see, tape and extra boxes. Please ask as many questions as possible, moving experience can be like shopping for a used car. You'll never know what's next. Be careful when looking for a moving company. read more

Grant arranged our move. He accommodated our time schedule, got back to us quickly with a price quote (which was about in the middle of the quotes we got), and checked back with us to confirm everything. He did a price quote from seeing our beach place on the MultiList and from my description. Miguel Flores and Luis Hernandez did the move. They ran late, but called to let us know and gave us an update on their timing (it was an out of state move). They worked nonstop, appeared to wrap things carefully, and were very nice guys. They checked in with us from time to time to make sure they got everything we wanted moved because we were leaving some furniture for the buyers. We had to put our things in storage for a while, so I can't yet comment on whether everything gets delivered to our new home in perfect shape but I'm hoping for the best. If everything gets delivered in good shape, they'll get another 5 stars! read more

I was referred to A2B by a friend and am glad for that! I called and scheduled with Josh who was so polite and easy to talk to, he was was a pleasure to work with. Devon, the team lead, and John and Rico were showed up on time on moving day and were fantastic!! They took great care of our belongings and didn't get flustered that we were still prepping a few last minute items. I even got a call from Glenn the owner and we also had Alfred, one of the managers, show up to our house to make sure everything was going as expected. We were treated wonderfully and I have already recommended them to colleagues at work. You can't go wrong with these guys! read more

Had a move today with A2B, from one storage room to another, in prep for a move to a new home. (The location is so new, it's not even on the maps, but they followed my directions and trusted my input, what a nice surprise!) The crew arrived on time, were so professional and courteous. They really worked hard from start to finish, and got the job done within the estimated time. Their estimates are very accurate and their prices are very good. Special kudos to Josh, Freddy and Chris (and their Ops manager, Alfred) for the coordination and great job! Will be using again for my final house move in a few weeks. A+ read more

This is almost a year late, but I wanted to say how much we appreciated A2B moving! We were 2 young women moving from a house into a 14th floor apartment and boy, did we need help! The movers were so kind and professional when dealing with us. We had 2 pieces of furniture that weren't that stable, and they showed us before they moved them what the problems were and asked if we wanted them moved. We said yes, but when they picked up the vanity the leg they had shown us fell off right in front of us. It was definitely not their fault, and something we had known about before. Despite this, they asked if they could take it and fix it! A few days after our move, they returned the vanity, having reattached the broken piece and used screws to help hold it together! They had obviously taken care to line the pieces back up so it was barely even visible that it had broken. In addition, once they had moved us into our apartment, they actually stayed to help put together our dining room table that we had disassembled! They truly went above and beyond. I also want to say that as two young women, we felt completely comfortable and respected. You should absolutely use A2B! read more
