Horrible customer service. The man was very rude and was not helpful at all. Did not get done what I needed.

Employee at front is so rude and disrespectfull. I had to run in on my break and the lady parked next to ran after me asking me to move my truck because she couldn't get into her car. I told her she needed to wait until after I checked in. Mind you she acknowledged she parked wrong. The rude ass employee tells me to move my car because that's their courier. I guess their courier service is more important than their customers. After I got back inside I walked up to her and quietly told her that it really want any of her business...well rude ass still manged to stare at me and smirk. So professional! read more

I used to prefer going to this branch because of the express service for DMV renewals, but lately their agents have been pushing their sales pitch for their credit cards, life insurance, etc. Even after I politely responded "no thank you" to each of their offers, the agent kept trying to push her sales pitch on me which I didn't appreciate. I am a member for 17 years and yesterday I had the worst customer service from them. All the employees were rude and not helpful. And I told them that I want to speak to the manager and they showed the way out otherwise they will call the police. I don't think a big insurance company like them should treat the customer like that. poor customer service. read more

I recently had a slab leak in my home and called a plumber in to find the problem. I needed to repipe my entire home. I knew that was my problem to fix, so that part was no problem. I called AAA which has my homeowners insurance. I have had complete insurance with them for 12 years including auto and never had a claim. It took almost a week to have an adjuster come out but it was during Christmas. When David came, he said it would be silly to file a claim because my premiums would go up 50 percent for 3 years and 25 percent for the 2 yrs after that. He said small claims like mine was not what insurance was for. Insurance is only for catastrophes. I called and spoke with his supervisor and he said he would not tell me to not file a claim but may be I should change to a 5 or 10 thousand dollar deductible. I did not file a claim, but so far I have spent 9 thousand dollars repairing wet drywall and moldy carpet. To me, this was a catastrophe. I am now in the process of finding a new insurance company. I want to know, if something should happen in the future, that I have a company that has my back and not just my money. Be sure to check what AAA covers before you buy insurance from them. I would not recommend this company to anyone read more

If there is a better company then The Auto Club of Southern California , I have not heard of them. , I have been a member for 22 years and have home and auto ins. with them and during that I have had claims for home repair, towing etc and their service has always exceeded expections. aaa roadside assistance left my entire family to die.because of their refusal to help us.why were they refusing to help us when my kids and i called them crying 4 help??.i thought they are suppose to help us when we call 4 help.that is y they deduct $ out of my bank account every month.they just take ur money and refused to help my kids and i one late night when we got a flat tire in the rental vehicle they provided 4 us.yes,they provided that also had no tools n the vehicle to change tire or to even unlock lock on lugnuts.nothing and when i phoned them 4 help cuz we were n e tremely dangerous spot almosy bei ng hit numerous times .its pitch black and we were on a turn.they they had odasity to keep telling us no and call 911 for help.chp phoned aaa back twice and gave r e xact location.they still refused to obey authorities.had it not been for chp.my entire family including myself would b dead.i had 1 kid back at home who wouldve lost her whole family due to negligence etc of aaa roadside.thank god chp came to our rescue brought tools and came out and changed the flat tire on the rental car for us. read more

i had a terrible experience with a towing service.....we scheduled an rv to be towed on 2-8-16 .they were supposed to be thereabout 1;15 to 1;45.pm there were 4 of us waiting just in case he needed help. we waited and waited. i called them 4x and every time they gave me another reason or excuse ,about time of pickup....i felt like they were not interested in helping us with a tow. the owner of the towing service was really rude and i lost it. i asked him why we had to wait so long.....i have been a member more than 15 yrs here and missouri ..he then canceled our tow because i asked him if they went out to lunch and we were forced to wait after 3hours we had to wait again for a new towing service.... who were great!!!!!!! we were very satisfied with the 2nd company. i am so disappointed . aaa has allways known for great service and dependability. very upset with my horrible experience theresa s, #429 004 5794469706 read more

For those of you that need a teen driving course, AAA is the place to go. Particularly if you are fortunate enough to have Mr. Armstrong as you child's teacher. My son loved attending class and never complained. He enjoyed his teaching and mannerism. The kicker was on the last day when due to an emergency situation that was evolving around the Anaheim AAA branch, my husband was not able to drive into the lot to pick up our child. Instead he walked to get him. About 30 minutes after arriving home we received a personal call from the instructor checking to see that our son got home okay. Wow! Our schools should have more teachers like this man. Way to go Mr. Armstrong!!!! read more

This is the worst service I've ever received from AAA, it was at this location. Walked in at 10 am for a notary, said 15 min waiting time, waited 45 min, the clerk checked the form I have, and because there are blank areas, she called their hotline, and said I have to fill out the blanks, and I told her they're not applicable, she said then write N/A, I told her its type printed I don't want mess it up, she said then I wont notarize it, then I told her the form instructions says to leave it blank, she didn't budge. A manager came, I explained everything, he replies this is California law, I told him that I've done it this way before, he replies with SARCASM: maybe you know the law better than us!!! What? Are you serious? OK, I left and located the nearest notary public, walked in, he looked at it, said to raise your hand and swear, finished in 5 min, paid him $10 and walked. Screw the $6 savings. So I've had auto club membership for over 10 years... My family all have it as well. Any time I've ever needed help the operators have been so sweet and helpful. Very calming and professional. Unfortunately my husband needed to get his truck towed cause he got into an accident and I called AAA the lady that answered was so rude! I told her my husband was in an accident and I need his truck towed back and he is on the freeway... She asked me if the car is in my name... WTH does it matter who's name is on the title??? I'm calling you telling you to go get my husband's truck and tow it to my house and yours asking with an ugly attitude who name is registered under???? If I could reach through the phone and snatch her by her hair I would have. I wish I got her name to call her manager and complain but I was so worried about getting to my husband.... Which I had drive 30 miles away from my house cause she made it a point that I had to be there with my ID to get the car towed back to me that I didn't think to get her name... I should give AAA 0 stars for her being so ugly but the other people that have helped me before were wonderful so I guess 3 stars is fair. These people need to understand that their service needs to be great cause they are dealing with people that have been in a scary bad situation so copping an attitude and being rude is the last thing they should do! read more
