I called them and within a couple of days they came out on Thurs, gave me a quote (and a VERY fair quote), and were here Saturday to cut the tree down. They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I know there are only 8 reviews, but there's a reason they have a 5.0 rating.

First, even though the tree was partially uprooted, there was no urgency. Second, for a week prior there was no communication. I found out late last week that they would be there Monday. On Monday, I woke up to a mess. 10 people standing in the yard making an absolute mess. Chad, the foreman was condescending and a jerk when I asked what was going on. At any rate, they showed no care and tried to do as little as possible. They left the property looking significantly worse than when they came. They may be good at their profession (I will never know) but what they need is to keep their word of honor and good customer service.
