I Have had AAA now for 2 years and not ever need any assistance until last week. It was well below 0 and I my car went dead, called AAA as well as used the app on my phone an to no avail never got through. Fast busy and no message to leave. Tried for over an hour with no power in my car. When I called to cancel my service which was just renewed on Oct, I was told that is not an option. Their phones went down and that is rare. There will be no refund or prorated credit to me. I was told by many phony southern accented women there is nothing they can do. I am beside myself with how unprofessional they handled my situation. Tough luck . I have always had a good impression of AAA but anymore. I also wanted 45 minutes on hold and rerouted 3 times to get to the person in charge. As a member of AAA Auto Club, I contacted AAA to transport my disabled vehicle to the repair shop on November 6, 2019. AAA dispatched one of their contract towing companies and their contract towing company, during the course of loading my vehicle onto a flat bed truck, caused over $1,400 in damages to my vehicle by attaching hooks where they should not have been placed, or by tighten the fasteners too tight and ripping large sections of the undercarriage of my care. I reported this immediately to AAA and they took my report, issued a report number, and have done nothing since. They stated they would be in touch with me within 16 work days. I also spoke twice (with Connie Patava (319-234-3954) local AAA manager about this and she was non-responsive when I asked for her assistance with remedying this situation. read more

We used the AAA travel services to book our car rental and plane tickets for our wedding/honeymoon in Hawaii. My parents also used them to book their plane tickets, rental car, and hotel stay. They were very helpful and tried to get us the best deal. She offered us different options to choose from, and overall our experience was very nice. Buyer Beware! AAA insurance hates German Shepherd dogs! They refused to insure us telling us we have to fix our show dog and lock him up in a kennel all day. Rediculous! read more
