I have a Bad experience in AAA Travel booking . Accommodation was not good in South beach Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Shuttle information was bad . Have to pay Yellow cab from airport. AAA have no decency to refund that shuttle amount. read more

For those who absolutely love waiting in line at the DMV, no reason to read further. But for those sane people, going to AAA over the DMV is arguably one of the easiest decisions to make. Not only do you get seen in an orderly fashion, but the chairs are more comfortable and the ln premises is a million times cleaner. I haven't found any sort of DMV service that can't be performed by the AAA staff. Walk in. Wait for 5 minutes. Ask about my registration tags and to update my address. The gentleman filled out the change of address paperwork for me. I paid and was done in the matter of minutes. So seamless. My only complaint is they don't take debit cards or American Express. So come with cash, check or another type of credit card. Thank you AAA. read more

First of all, AAA is so much more convenient than the DMV or even using the website to renew your registration. This particular location has such friendly, helpful people working there. I went with my very active 4 year old and everyone was very friendly, offering things to keep his attention and water to drink. And, I was offered some great suggestions on where to bring my train loving boy to see some trains. It was busy, but I only waited about 10 minutes. In the past I have hardly waited at all. I got auto and home insurance with AAA and I and paid for it a month early. the day before it was to start the agent called me and said they were cancelling the home owners insurance because of overhanging trees on the property. I had uploaded photos of the whole house a month prior so it would have been nice to know then. I asked my agent to have his boss call me the next day and he said he would first thing in the morning but he never did. I caution against using them because of this and the fact the car insurance was double what I was paying with Farmers. I have been a AAA member for 14 and I am not happy with them. read more

This was the second time I tried to use this location. The first time I needed a trip ticket to Sturgis and the man said we dont provide those...?? Ive been a member for 35 years I know for a fact they do. Today .. I go and get my car smogged to renew my tags and register my car in California..the one gal at AAA was very nice and gave me all the paperwork so I had to go get my title. When I came back the same guy that refused to give me a trip ticket was now at the desk outside and said... and I quote " You need a letter from Nevada stating that your not going to register your car in Nevada" ???? My title was still in California ...so I called that office 5 times .. went right to voice mail. I've never heard of this in my life. So I go down to the Camarillo police department and told her what happen... she said she has never heard of such a thing. She made some calls and eventually said just go down to the DMV...they obviously dont want to do it in that office. Seriously...I've never had such shitty service from AAA in my 35 plus years with them. I will never use that office again and I will be calling their main branch in California. I went to this office to acquire a handicap placard. The man at the check in desk was rude and not helpful at all. I have been a a triple A member for years, I understand that these are stressful times but there is no excuse for being rude and disrespectful. This has motivated me to explore other options for roadside service and insurance. I would not recommend this location for service. read more

READ THE FINE PRINT!!! I went in for a quote on homeowners insurance and was given a good price, so I switched. After appraiser came out to assess my home, my rates went higher than what I previously had. I called and questioned the increase and was told it was because I had painted walls and bathroom mirrors. I was shocked- aren't painted walls and bathroom mirrors standard?! Apparently not. Pretty close to a bait and switch strategy. Awful customer service. read more

This place is terrible. Came here to get a passport photo taken and was wearing a plain white t shirt. The asshole of a worker tells me I can't wear white because it's a white background. (No where does it say I can't wear white on the website). But whatever, luckily I had a black shirt in my car. I go out and change, come back and the fucking prick tells me I can't have any logos on the back of my shirt. What the fuck? I have never heard that in my life. So I just left. Went to AAA in the Thousand Oaks and was met with real, great customer service. I told them about the asshole at this Cam branch and she was just as annoyed as me and said I could have taken a pic with a white shirt and a shirt with a logo on the back. So she gave me my passport pic for free. Moral of the story, just drive the extra 5 miles to Thousand Oaks. This Camarillo branch is horrendous. read more

I've always had great experiences at AAA! I went in today to get new auto insurance and Jessica S. was super helpful and kind. The process was much easier than I thought (I did bring in the renewal offer reflecting the coverage from my current auto ins. carrier, and I just had to grab the current registration, mileage, and answer a few questions). This is my second year using this location for DMV services. Close to home and work since I live in Camarillo. I went in around noon last Friday to pay for my DMV Registration Fees and receive my new car tags. I waited less than five minute. Not happy that aaa raised my deductible without any notice. Went from $100 to $250. That's a big hike
