During this experience, we realized why we are so appreciative of Wagner/Erie. First, our agent (Dale) was so compassionate, understanding, and responsive. Second, our assigned claims agent (Jessica) was amazingly empathetic, caring, and so quick to respond. Finally, our adjuster (Ramona) was so quick to respond and notify us of the status, next steps, and paperwork needed that we were completely flabbergasted. In fact, I called the company where the car was towed to inform them that sometime in the next week or so an adjuster would be contacting them and they informed me she had already been there and completed the review-- the same day! Wagner and Erie made the whole terrifying process (an accident involving our teen two hours from our home) a smooth and expeditious process and were so calm and collected that it eased our anxieties and worries. We now know why we have kept Wagner and Erie for 33 years-- yes, since I was 16! We are grateful that we do not need to "cash in" on our insurance frequently, but, when we do, we know they are there for us. There are lots of advertisements on the TV for all kinds of insurance companies, but, I wouldn't consider trading the relationship we have with our insurance company for another one.
