Went in for passport photo. They have a special camera that makes sure that the photo meets the requirements. This branch of AAA is wonderful. I needed to get my passport photo taken and remembered that AAA does it. Because I have an upgraded membership, it is a FREE service. As soon as I walked in and was checked in by the concierge, they were ready to shoot. They even offered to reshoot the photo if I did not like it. In addition to being AAA Plus members for a long time, we also use AAA for our auto and home insurance. We have received several quotes from other companies, but none have been able to beat our current rates. We stopped in to add a new vehicle to our policy and delete a vehicle we sold. Our new agent Kari Delamater is our new agent and she was super helpful not only in making this change for us, but she also reviewed our entire policy and made a few suggestions that reduced our premium. I've been a member for 2 years now I believe, almost every time I've called it's been an hour wait at the least. Even if you're in an unsafe situation. I just waited for fuel service and I was brought only a gallon 1 1/2 hours after my call finally went through from being on hold for who knows how long. So basically 2 hours of time went to waste. I could have walked to the gas station and got my own gas multiple times over. You guys are jacking my money by completely wasting my time. I had to roll my car to a parking lot cause I waited so long.... I will never have triple aaa again you guys absolutely suck and I've only had one good expiernece and it was because the guy was so cool and brought us drinks and stuff. That time was also a waste of time, dude said he turned around cause he couldn't find us because aaa gave him bad directions..... read more

I needed assistance from AAA to plan a vacation to the northwest--Oregon and Washington. For the most part, AAA provided good assistance. I was expecting better assistance. For instance I needed 4 hotels during the course of the trip, and AAA was only able to offer one with any level of confidence. Since this was all new territory for me and my wife, I wanted solid recommendations. I ended up researching hotels myself and providing those names to AAA to book and plan out the TripTik. And somehow, the map for the trip never got mailed in time to be used on the trip. So a big plus for AAA became a big negative. The tour guides and maps were very helpful however. And I will use AAA again! read more

I had a great experience when I visited the AAA office in Chandler, AZ. I loved my experience 25 years ago when I used the TripTik services and decided to use the services again this year. Times have changed in 25 years with GPS and all the things a smart device brings to the table. For AAA to still provide all the added aids to make a road trip unforgettable is amazing. Even tho I. Am a prime member, travel folks in Chandler office could not have been more indifferent re my needs. Not invited to sit down, spoke to me across a distance so others could hear. Was told that I needed to go online for my requested info. Went today to Mesa office and agent was great. He phoned vendor in Alaska, will get back to me in Dec re reservations for several cruises on small ships. Great experience. Had to call corporate who connected me where they finally told me they didn't have any appointments. Didn't know it took 2 days to figure out. Will not be going here again. Shockingly poor customer service. Battery Warranty AAA customer service and AAA Arizona dispatch assured us our 2013 battery was covered, local service did not honor obligation and did not replaced defective battery. Deeply disappointed that AAA Arizona Mobile Service did not live up to their company mission and stand behind their product and service. The people are friendly and helpful, but for some reason things always take much longer at AAA than they should. I just went in to buy a few movie tickets (because they sell the vouchers at a discount), but it took 2 people and 10 minutes to get this done. This is no fault of the people at this location, but AAA needs to modernize their corporate systems to make things more efficient. read more

My husband and I visited the AAA on Ray Road in Chandler on 6/3/16 to obtain new passport photos. Everyone was professional and friendly. It took no longer than 10 minutes, which included taking the photos, printing, trimming & placing them in small folders. All of this at no cost because we're AAA members. I tried to book a family vacation for 10 going to Disney World and a Disney Cruise. As I began to make phone calls, I realized that I was going to need help. I went to AAA and spoke with Karen Nixon. She had great suggestions regarding when to do the resort versus the cruise which saved us money on the hotel.
