CONSUMER ADVISORY: You may need to take several days off from work if this is the company contracted to deliver your item. Ask the retail store what shipping company they use; if they name AAA, you may want to purchase from an alternate store. VENDOR ADVISORY: If you are a distribution center or retail store, you might want to rethink contracting with AAA... here is one customers story. OUR STORY: 1). AAA Cooper missed the scheduled delivery on 6/3/24 2). AAA Cooper missed the scheduled delivery on 6/5/24 -- when I called the customer service rep told me I was the "next delivery" that they should be arriving in about 30 minutes. NOPE -- No show again. 3). AAA Cooper now states today, 6/4/24, that we can expect delivery before noon..... So far today I have called 3x: 8:30 AM; 11:59 AM; 1:30 PM... everyone promising that my package will be delivered; however the time window keeps being pushed later and later in the day -- this is the same thing that happened yesterday so I am not confident I will in fact get my package. Received call last night from AAA Cooper Dispatch to set up early AM delivery of 7 Drum pallets from our chemical manufacturer out of Greensboro NC. Dispatch set this up so we are supposedly drivers first stop after we agreed to meet @ 8:30 AM. It's now 9:00 AM, I called Dispatch to find out where driver is @ & the only info I was told is driver had already left terminal . However , if i was the one 35 minutes late we'd for sure be told by AAA Cooper we are very sorry but our driver cannot wait since he has many other stops . This would be followed up by then by another delivery appointment & also a hefty Redelivery Fee. Somehow this needs to be a two way street where the LTL Company needs to get dinged with a significant discount or something of this nature . It's now 9:15 so he's @ the very least 45 minutes late for a supposed first delivery . Recalled Dispatch & this time got the real dispatcher on the phone who told me ETA's is looking like 9:30 AM saying driver must've encountered traffic . 1 hour late for a first delivery , Cmon AAA Cooper I'm sure you guys can do better than this . read more

If it were possible to leave 0 stars, I would. Absolutely worst transportation company I have ever encountered. Purchased flooring for our home and set a specific date for delivery. AAA Cooper is who was contracted for delivery so this review has no negative impact on the tile manufacturer. Not only did my husband and I take off work to sign for the tile, they never informed us they never actually scheduled us for delivery. Today is the FOURTH I repeat FOURTH reschedule for delivery and we still do not have the material in our possession. Staff is extremely rude (Kehinde Abraham specifically) and unprofessional. I would have rather driven to pick up the flooring myself at this point. After reading another review from 2021 (3 YEARS AGO) it looks like they never resolved their issues. Do better AAA Cooper. Does not show up. Does not communicate. Have to wait on hold an hour only to be told they don't know when they will deliver. Lost time off work and have had to reschedule flooring contractor numerous times. Still done have the $10,000 order!!!!' read more

If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would definitely do so. I had ordered a shipment of 3 pallets from Home Depot (all flooring) & this was the company contracted to deliver it to my house. I have been following the tracking number provided and my shipment took more than 2 weeks to deliver. Not only did they NOT deliver it to my house, they ended up delivering it to Home Depot instead. The ticket and receipt clearly state to deliver to my address but since they were super late on the shipment they decided they would take it elsewhere. Does this make any sense??? Apparently to them (& only them) it does. This is the second time this company has made a mistake on an order of mine. The first time they were 3 weeks late and tried to deliver damaged pallets of flooring thinking I wasn't going to notice. Who does that??? Stay away from this company if you want your things delivered on time, intact & undamaged. I will definitely NEVER use them or request to never use them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AAA COOPER!!!
