He was accommodating when I had to change my plans and came a day early. Some repairs were minor (rehang a swinging chair and install a bat house in the yard, and install new door closer on a glass storm door) and some not so minor (rebuild the kitchen sink cabinet base and remove/replace/repair a pocket door requiring removing/replacing trim work. They do not offer same day service on special orders, they're usually backed up a week. They do not use Charts on what you need and how much you need of including screws and trim.
