We had a bad experience with the agent we were assigned and requests for help with brokerage owner didn't result in any meaningful assistance. Promptness and attention to detail. I also contacted another local Farmer's agent and had some difficulty reaching them by phone. I needed to set up insurance around the Thanksgiving break and Edwin got back to me right away and I was able to pay for our auto/home/umbrella policy over the phone. 2. Understands the system.
