Saturday, March 26th 2022 was the best day of my life.  I married the love of my life and our…read morewedding day was beautifully seamless and our experience surpassed all expectations due to the wedding day coordination and sumptuous catering services provided by Roxanne DeHart and Foodwerx Caterers.  When my now husband and I discussed what our priorities were when it came to our wedding day, our number one priority was a no brainer: food and beverage.  My husband and I love to eat amazing food and most of our fondest memories involve enjoying an amazing meal!  Our wedding food and beverage had to be incredible and the decision was made to look for and hopefully secure a top catering company near Mt. Laurel, NJ for our wedding day.  A bit a research and abundantly positive Google and Yelp reviews brought me to Foodwerx Catering.  Along with their catering packages, Foodwerx offered the services of a day of coordinator, Roxanne.       Going with Foodwerx and utilizing the services of Roxanne was the best decision we made regarding our wedding day.  Roxanne's attention to detail, planning, timeline management, coordination of vendors, communication, vast experience, aesthetic, logistical expertise, and most importantly, warm and kind heart are everything a couple needs to ensure that their wedding event exceeds every expectation.  Every bump in the road or unexpected turn of events was handled calmly, promptly, and professionally.  Adding additional décor flourish to our reception area; she handled it.  Adjusting our timeline to ensure that our photographers got cake cutting shots before our contractual end time; she handled it.  Last minute realization that a generator was needed for the outdoor kitchen; she handled it. Simply put, she worked magic at every turn to ensure that we had the best day possible.     Now, the food.  There are almost no words for how incredibly the food was prepared, served, and how much our guests enjoyed.  Our families are not easy to please when it comes to food. Therefore, cookie cutter lukewarm generic wedding food was NOT AN OPTION for our day. Foodwerx surpassed all expectations by providing food that was scratch made on site, served hot and fresh, and was unbelievably flavorful and delicious.  I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for all of Roxanne and Foodwerx's tireless efforts.  Bottom line, if you are looking for an exemplary culinary and wedding day coordinating experience, look no further than Foodwerx!!

They worked closely with me on every detail--helping us coordinate our skating time, setting up our reserved section, and making sure everything from food to games ran smoothly. They even went the extra mile to create a warm, welcoming space that felt festive and fun. It's rare to find a venue so thoughtful and flexible when it comes to youth events. My mom is an excellent host but is always so busy entertaining, filling up drinks, putting out food, etc., that she never gets to enjoy the party. We were over budget on the event so I was worried a PHH would be too pricey, but it was very reasonable and well worth it! She arrived on time, was very polite are professional and made the party run so smoothly! The BEST part, was after the party was over, we had a clean house and kitchen.... NO DIRTY DISHES! It was such a treat! We got to relax in finish the extra wine, instead of cleaning all night ;) We'll be using PHH for all events going forward.

Buyer Beware! Paying a deposit online is an automatic acceptance of agreement of fine printed terms…read morethat are easily unseen. This company will not give you back a dime of your deposit should you need to cancel. Even if ample notice is provided. I planned an event and gave 2 months notice that it had been canceled and they refused to give me back even a nickel. They kept over $600 of mine. I thought with the 2 month notice, it would be plenty of time for them to at least give me back a portion of my deposit. I found the woman rude and there's no way I would ever do business with them in the future. I told her I was going to leave a review to make others aware and she said, "Oh, now you're threatening me?" If they find sharing the truth a threat, they should change this greedy policy, because I'm only posting the truth!!! Make sure you always read the fine print, even if it's 20 pages, because they certainly won't offer up any information in advance!

I would've written this sooner, but my mother didn't get to attend her own party due to an injury she suffered two days prior to her own party. The catering company handled this incident with care and provided us with terrific service. The event took place at an independent care facility, and all the other residents still got to attend my mothers birthday party. They had a great time. I would recommend this catering company to anyone.

The spot was a perfect getaway from downtown Philly, yet close enough to Lyft. The mansion itself had separate rooms for the bridal party & groomsmen to get ready. We had the ceremony outdoors in the tree covered grove in October and it was perfect weather. The outdoor space was a great backdrop for photos and cocktail hour. The reception was tented for dinner/dancing of 150 guests and had 2 bars set up with an outdoor firepit. The premise also had a separate 'barn' that accommodated our afterparty for late night. We chose this venue because it had space for all of the events without having to travel. As an added bonus, 100% of the venue fee went straight to the Cancer Support Center as a donation. Jen and her team were great! She was very responsive and answered all of our questions, was easy to get along with, and had great suggestions for how to use the site since she's so experienced hosting weddings there. The food was fantastic--including several vegetarian options--and many of our guests commented on how delicious it was. Jen's team took care of every detail so that we could focus on enjoying time with our guests. We couldn't have done it without her and highly recommend hiring her for your wedding!

As a person with celiac disease, the figuring out how to have safe to eat food at our wedding was the biggest stressor for me, and the Chef's Table team made it really easy. The guests kept telling us how great the food was, and there was not much food leftover! Kevin was great to work with and very organized, the staff was kind and accommodating, and we really can't recommend them more. Also, pro-tip--work with them to create a custom mocktail for your wedding. It was a big hit at ours :)

Champagne awaited at the main entry of Cocktail hour which was superb. There was a plethora of choices to satisfy any diet including open bar. The main dining area was breathtaking. I'm not sure if the bride booked an outside decorator but everything was spectacular. With everything being so wonderful, I was disappointed by the main dish. I had the steak and potatoes with asparagus and my date had the Salmon. We both agreed dinner was underwhelming. Overall would definitely recommend the space.
