I hope this is not an indication of how our working together will go from here on out. I have tried, so far unsuccessfully, to get started with my BIPAP needs with this company and despite at least 3 calls, each saying they would get back to me, I still do not know if my paperwork has come from my former supplier - precontract Medicare. which was with Home Respiratory on Medical Parkway in Austin. Lots of customer no service here. I had to return my empty oxygen tanks myself. When I finally returned the consentrator and tanks I again had to take them to the store myself. One time in a year did they ever come to my house to service my oxygen machine. I guess they are so busy they don't have time for there customers. read more

I called Tuesday because my cpap machine was not working. I left a message and as of today (Thursday) I have not received a call from them. I will never do business with them again. read more

I called 3 times regarding the order I placed for my c-pap supplies. I still have not received them. They took 3 months just to get my paper work in order so I could order. They always put me on hold for 5 minutes or longer. They really suck. Do not go there. Worst customer service ever. read more

I have paid for c pap eq. two months ago and still after to many calls to remember, I still do not have them. Calls takes up to 20 minutes if you can get to a real person and more and more of the same answers. This is unreal, due to SS insurance this is one company you have to deal with if you live in or around Austin, TX. Maybe if we all start fighting this, we can find a company that is here for the customers, not the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more
