I've used White Horse Solutions 3 times now for moves within the Vail Valley. The first 2 moves…read morewent without any issues at all. On the 3rd move, as I was unpacking, I noticed that several dishes in the bottom of a box were broken. I almost didn't even say anything because when I've hired movers in the past, it seems like some damage is unavoidable. When I sent them an email about the dishes, they immediately credited me for the full replacement cost. I really appreciate that they were willing to make it right, they were also really apologetic. All 3 times, the movers were super nice and professional. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them!
