They know their vacuum cleaners, and their BBQ grill green egg line. Service is fast and they do a great job with repairs!

Later, I had another problem as the fridge started making an odd noise. Initially, Vadym suspected it was the compressor fan, but the issue persisted. This issue had actually been lingering for a long time, I had at least four or five other companies came to diagnose the noise issue, each offering different quick opinions--some barely inspected it and suggested immediate part replacements, others insisted the fridge needed to be pulled out (which is a big job for a built-in unit) and fix from the back of the fridge. But none felt confident, they all rushed to conclusions without a proper diagnosis. Vadym stood out by taking the time. He thoroughly examined the fridge and, when the issue persisted, he consulted his network instead of guessing. Eventually, he figured out the noise was caused by the condenser pipe and water pipe being too close, which caused vibration when the compressor kicked in. In the end, he fixed it. What I truly appreciated was his commitment, he didn't rush to a quick guess; he invested time, asked for input, and returned until it was resolved. I would highly recommend Vadym and Metro Appliance to others.

One company did diagnose it, but their estimate was so high it didn't make sense to move forward. Enter John. He came in, quickly understood what was going on, and got straight to work. I had already sourced the OEM parts (venturi burner bases and a spark module), and he handled the install cleanly and efficiently. No upselling, no guesswork -- just solid, knowledgeable work. The result? Problem completely solved. No more clicking. The range works perfectly again. On top of that, he noticed and fixed a slight leveling issue with the range while it was pulled out -- something we hadn't even asked for but really appreciated. Pricing was fair, transparent, and exactly in line with what he quoted. After dealing with multiple frustrating service calls over the past year+, this was a huge relief. There's a reason All-American is Viking "Gold Star" rated -- John absolutely lives up to it. Would not hesitate to call him again.

He didn't waste time or words -- just immediately started investigating my washing machine problem. He identified the issue within a minute (literally!), then proceeded to trouble shoot. He located the panel at the back wall (which I'd forgotten about), and miraculously figured out an immediate solution. The whole service took a matter of minutes. So fast! So effective! Top pro here who knew exactly what to do. Because we have a stacked front-load setup in a closet, a second guy came along too. Both immediately took off their shoes outside the front door. They were both exceptionally courteous and answered all my questions. I had actually called another company (who have a top rating on Yelp surprisingly) who came out the day before. It was exactly the opposite experience: unprofessional, almost hysterical, imagining the worst but not actually doing anything useful. No comparison to 10x and Ray. Night and day difference. I also want to add that 10x was more affordable than the other company too. Plus they didn't waste my time as the other company did. I had booked the service on Yelp as a Project. I sent pictures to explain the setup. Sean who responded and set up the appointment for me was an utter professional, very responsive, and helpful. If you are looking for appliance repair, this is the way to go. Exceptional, fast, expert service, delivered with courtesy, respect, and care. I highly highly recommend them. Thanks so much, guys! Plus I know who to call next time.

I have a three column Thermador fridge setup: A freezer, a wine cooler and a fridge. My wine cooler broke down after only 6 years. Lev agreed to come and replace it with a new one. When he took out the entire unit, we found that huge amounts of rust had formed between the wine cooler and the freezer. Lev told me he has never seen anything like this before and could be due to some leak. He fixed the rusty part of the freezer (still working) for a nominal fee and installed the new wine cooler. Fast forward 3 weeks, I did a small test by sliding a piece of cardstock in between freezer and the new wine cooler. Low and behold, it came out all wet. It turns out when these fridges are installed less than 6 inches apart (which is the case for almost ALL column installations), they need to have either insulation or a heater kit in between to avoid condensation. Thermador did not tell me this (because they don't know how far apart the fridges will be installed) but they said Lev, as an installer, should have known. When I talked to him, he said he has never seen that part installed but since it was causing problems for me, he would come back and install it for free! That's why he gets 5 stars from me. He was the only good part of this whole 3 month ordeal with Thermador.

UPDATE: Triton finally called me back and was able to issue the reimbursement for the compressor…read more Thanks to Mario for following up after my review and working to make it right. Appreciate it! My LG refrigerator died recently and I needed it repaired ASAP. Triton was able to come the soonest so I went with them. They came right away and fixed the problem- the fridge needed a new compressor. So far so good. The job ended up costing around $1350. $950 for the labor and $400 for the part. Super expensive I know but still cheaper than getting a new fridge. The problem was that the compressor was still under warranty and the repair man said that they could reimburse us for the part if we call LG to have them replace it after the fact. He assured me that this is common practice and he's done it several times before. Ok so I pay them, call LG, give them all the info they asked for and they say they will send Triton the new part in 3-4 weeks. A month goes by and I call Triton about the reimbursement. The guy says he needs to check with his warehouse or inventory manager or something to see if the part arrived and would call me back. I never heard back. I tried again the next week. Same thing- he needs to check with his inventory guy and will get back to me. No call back. I call again and you'll never guess what happened. Yes same story. And now I am writing this review because I'm starting to think I'm not getting that $400 back. Ugh. Still I can't give only 1 star bc they did fix it and they were courteous the whole time they were here. 2 stars it is.

Had this company out to service our fridge's airflow system, and the ice maker stopped working…read moreafter their repair. They then upsold us on installing a new ice maker, which was more than the initial installation. First, they claimed the airflow system they worked on was completely unrelated to the ice maker (mechanically false). Once that was debunked by their own notes showing they adjusted the air ducts, they shifted tactics - claiming the ice maker was "nearing complete failure" during the initial visit. Conveniently, they never reported or documented this alleged "wear" until we disputed the subsequent breakdown. Lastly, they did no electrical testing or voltage checks were done to prove the part is dead. Unreliable diagnostics, changing stories, and after-the-fact reporting just to avoid accountability for an installation oversight. Save your money and call a company that uses actual data and stands by their written reports.
