The manager shrugged her shoulders, said she didn't notice water, and told us to file a claim. That was last year. This year, all of a sudden rodent traps are everywhere and the place stinks like wet animal. We found 2 dead rats in our unit, and the mattress and couch were ruined from feces. The second floor units are NOT enclosed, just chicken wire for a ceiling. We had purchased insurance, and now we find out it only covers up to $500 for rodents. Clearing out now.

You still have to call customer service to get access to the storage facility and your lock code, and you better hope they give you the correct code the first time or you'll be sitting on hold for another 15-20 minutes to hopefully actually get access to the unit you pre pay for. Customer service is slow and not helpful at all. As a new customer you'd think they'd want to really real you in to get your business. They're just lucky this is the closest place to my house.
