When I received the invoice I was still charged a $12.50 delivery fee. Called Double R Florist and explained what had transpired. Was told that delivery fee in city of delivery had been waived but Double R HAD THEIR OWN DELIVERY FEE AND $12.50 IS WHAT THEY CHARGE TO TRANSFER THE ORDER TO A FLORIST IN THE CITY OF DELIVERY.
