Absolute trash company. They sold product to someone in Jacksonville Florida using my information. I spoke to the manager in 2021 and was told it was dealt with. Here we are 2026 and they are sending me to collections for $4800!!!! I live in Montana by the way. Now corporate is saying - Oh well, good luck dealing with collections. Shame on you!!!! I am buying a bedroom suite but I am going to asstinton living so I called for them to pickup today and when they got here I told them about the mattress was one sided and they told me that I wasn't supposed to get on the mattress for 24 hours I told them that they did not tell me that now my mattress is down and up I am handicapped and I have to get in bed on my knees and push up to get on bed and my feet is hanging of the bed and very uncomfortable I called after the guys left and I told them that they could put my money back on my card and I would keep the mattress or send me a new mattress I called back they told me that they would call me back when Jessica got back from lunch and they never did I called back at,,6,pm and they told me that that is something that they mgr has to handle and that she would not be back until Monday I am not waiting till Monday because they have already lied to me I want a mattress or put my money back on my card if I had not paid my bill they would have called a tit for tate I need to hear from you by tomorrow or I will go public read more

The store in griffin, ga. is terrible. They delivered me a used washing machine that was full of roaches, yes roaches! When I called for them to come pick it up it took 2days, then they said that they were going to pay to get my home exterminated but never did!!! They lied. Then I tried to speak to someone, anyone in corporate but was told that I had to leave a message and someone would call me back and of course no one called! They never did rectified the situation all they did was continue to give me a complete run around. After calling around for 3days I finally spoke with a lady that told me that they were suppose to to pay for my exterminator, but of course they did not and I have yet to speak to anyone from their corporate office. This is the worse store with the worse costumer service in all Georgia!!! If I could give a -50 stars I would this company lies they're not upfront about their policies they let you do the whole credit application and then decide if they're going to deliver to you or not and then when you try to get regional manager to call you back you're supposed to call you back in 24 hours they don't they wait 2 to 3 days so make excuses and then they're nice in the phone and say they're gonna do what they say they're gonna do and then they completely go back on their wordand they never send email updates or call you back like they're supposed to and this is only half of what I went through read more

I recently ordered a bedroom set from the Forest Ms location and upon delivery the guys said they couldn't leave the merchandise bc of bedbugs! never in my life have i had a bedbug nor have i ever seen one. so I called the store and spoke with some guy who went on and on about what i should do to get rid of them! so I'm absorbing all his mess in while texting my dad to come check out my pre owned mattress to see if he sees any bedbugs and as i figured no bedbug in site! a household cockroach or two but NO BEDBUG! Then he stated how his staff is trained to recognize certain insects CLEARLY THEY ARE NOT! i then had my pest control guy come look and again NO BEDBUGS IN SIGHT! so the receptionist called to tell them and she said the guy she spoke with was a complete asshole. I emailed and sent feedback on 4/26/22 regarding my purchase. I received a reply email I'd heard from someone in 24 hours, we have had no response from any of Aaron's Rentals employees. Nobody has contacted me about my concerns. I emailed you on 4/26/22. I was told two different things by employees and because of them not knowing protocol it cost me extra money I don't have and if that would've been the case I would have made my purchase elsewhere. I don't know If I was lied to just to make the sale by your employee or if they are incompetent with their job duties. I had to hire and pay a 3rd party to fix my issue with the dryer I purchased with Aaron's Rental, the least your company could do to make it right is to deduct the $150.00 I paid out of pocket it cost me  from the price of the Washer & Dryer set or skip one month payment for us. i have been with the arrons here in bay city michigan for almost 2.5 yrs everything was ok till mi rented a hisense tv from them that for some reason kept resetting it self i reported about a couple dozen times to the employees of the store but was always told to reset it myself them it will stop never did i finally got the tv repaired i thought but it quit work all together all it shows is the power light now and the funny thing is the tv is paid off now interesting. another problem happened about 3 months ago when the manenger for some reason had my number as some one else and for some reason i was being called and threatened to have my stuff removed because of a bounced check from this person after approximetly after several weeks i finally got them to realize he had my information wrong and i was not the person who had the bounced checks no apologise from the store. now today i went to pay off some of my bill because of some back payment issues with my check my wife called tried to pay the bill while i was taking care off some other bussiness and the manenger stated he will call us back he did tonight at approxiemetly 7 pm but my wife tried answering but heard some one in the back ground using poor language and then hung up. i feel afetr this next set of items i am paying for will be my last i feel this store should be checked and it's employees spoke with harshly to get them to realize they are loosing customers because of the poor customer relations it has after i am comepletly paid off i will be seeking out rent a center or another option here in michigan. thank you George Crawley read more

My husband and I have been renting to own from their store for years and years. We have paid off many items totaling many thousands of dollars. Three months ago, we were told we had one and a half payments left on our account to be paid off. Last month, they told us we had one and a half payments left...so my husband said good, now after this payment we only have a half payment left. We called to pay off our account this month and were told we have almost two payments left! How is this possible? I'll tell you how, they are STEALING! There's just no other words to describe it! I have been renting from Aaron's for almost 2 yrs, since the beginning of the yr I ask how much do I owe on the items. I was told $2700, this September, you mean to tell me the amount never changed. The reason why it haven't changed is because, the person that handles the money plays and alter the prices in the amount. I wanted to pay it off, he told me I have to pay in cash. I called before and spoke to someone and they told me it was $1600+ change. This was a person from corporate and that was a few months ago. The person that's collecting the payments are robbing me and another blind. I will not pay another dime until this matter is straighten out. Corporate need to audit his store. It's not fair, even though the pandemic I paid faithfully. I gotten my bank statements and I paid a couple time a month on a couple occasions. I'm a loyal customer.
