There is nothing that scared me more then getting my wedding pictures back and the pictures are not only terrible but shots were missed. The couple created a wonderful collection of pictures from our May 17, 2014 wedding that my husband, Mark, and I will treasure for years to come. The fun angles and beautiful close-ups truly captured our day in the printed "proof" album provided within the basic ceremony/ reception package. In total, West MI Photography shot 2,100 pictures, which we now own in CD form. I was very concerned about finances at first, but we got a great value, wonderful service, and NO regrets. Aaron and Agneiszka of West Michigan Photography were an absolute joy to spend our wedding day with! They were extremely organized and relaxed which helped to keep us relaxed too. They were non-intrusive and planned photos around the day instead of making us plan the day around getting the best photos. When Aaron finished up the photos, we had so much fun looking through them and reliving the day. They turned out absolutely beautifully and they captured every moment. I love their photo journalistic approach-- as the bride and groom you don't get to see everything that happens throughout the day, so the candid photos gave us a chance to do that. We used Aaron and his wife at West Michigan Photography while on vacation in Naugatuck for my mom's 70th birthday. We had a large party, including two babies (and we took the pictures at 6:30pm for the light, but it was also close to bedtime....) However, this didn't faze them at all. They were so wonderful with the kids and knew how to get them to enjoy being in the pictures, both the posed and the casual ones. Once the pictures came back, we were over the moon delighted with the quality! They look like magazine covers. Seriously, there isn't a one out of the 341 that we have that I wouldn't frame. The only downside to them is that we live in Colorado and New Jersey and they are in Michigan :-) read more

We hired West Michigan Photography for our wedding in October, 2016. Aaron and his wife were wonderful to work with! Aaron was always quick to respond with any questions. I changed the location of our pictures in between the ceremony and reception last minute, and they were very accommodating. I also asked Aaron to drop his wife off at the house I was getting ready at since it was a 20 minute drive from where my then groom was, and they both had no problems with that. Aaron and his wife have been great in their organization. They made us feel very comfortable and they were very personable. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I felt like some of the poses were to unnatural looking.
