Darcy's friendly smile and handshake let me know the door was in good hands. After listening to and observing the door go up and down, Darcy determined the cause of the noise. It was an easy fix. As well, he lubricated the main springs and the garage door hinges. He also shared information about the product used to lubricate the hinges and that they should be done every four months.What a great repair service experience! I wished Darcy continued success. Another employee, Lee the telephone representative, was excellent in setting up the appointment as well as answering a question I had after the appointment. Her detailed helpfulness was appreciated. Used their online form to request a quote, received a confirmation email that it had been received…read more A week later, I hadn't received any reply from them, so I forwarded their own confirmation email (which contained all the details I had filled in) to their general email address, politely requesting a quote. No reply. I've never had to beg a company to get a quote. And neither should you. Don't waste your time with this company.

We had some interior doors and closet doors replaced. The installation went well and the doors…read morelooked great. The closet doors, on the other hand, were not so great. A couple of days after the installation, the one closet door would not open. A representative from the company came out and did an adjustment and informed us that if he had to come out again, it would be at an additional cost to us which seemed rediculous as the doors were brand new. A short time after the rep was out, when we closed the door, it came off the track every time. I called Precision Doors twice and was informed that someone would get back to me. No one ever did!! I finally ended up calling a friend over and in less 2 hours he had the problem fixed and we have had no issues since. You would think that if you are in the business of installing doors, be they interior or exterior that you would stand by your workmanship and provide customer service in a timely manner to remedy any problems that may arise!!!
