If you're thinking about coming to this location for your furniture this is your sign not to. And as for the company itself , get better workers who actually care about the customers. Our mattress collapsed on one side after a year, like my side was 4' tall and my wife's side one day became 1' tall! What the heck? So we called McGregor's about our 10 year warranty and a middle aged (50? 70?) lady said, "If there's any stain, we won't honor the warranty!" I had her to look anyway, figuring once she saw the colapse, she'd apologize, offer $100 off a new one (ours was $399). She saw the huge hole but said, "No! There are stains, right there and there! The law forbids my workers from even touching that mattress!" McGregor Lady turned on her heel and literally stormed out of the farmhouse without another word or even listening to us.

Every time you buy something they give you kohls cash which I always lose anyway but it gives you more discounts for repeat shopping. My only complaint is that Kohls always seems to draw in cranky old ladies trying to cut lines and run me over with shopping carts, other than that for Ottumwa it's probably the best location to buy clothing.
