After 25 years of service WE are extremely disappointed with our pool services. Rude customer service. Vince was extremely disrespectful of servicing our pool and when asked what was going on became disgruntled and extremely rude. As a customer and a customer award winner of customer service of excellence, I would never do business with someone or a company like this ever. He fired himself before we even had the chance too. Took things a little to personal when I stated Our pool never looked like this with his ex employee Rich worked for him. And Yes He got furious that I made that statement. It obviously has not been tended too. Algae all over stairs. Side of skimmer. This is a reflection of not taking care of your customers pool. Nothing to do with Ph balances. Good grief. Water levels low with no phone calls keeping us updated in the situation. Side of pool haven 't been brushed down and dirt floating at bottom of pool.
