Ordered via the Edna's Flowers website expensive flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day two days…read morebefore the 14th, in the special comments section I requested the flowers be delivered before 4:00 as I had a special evening planned and wanted the flowers delivered before we left town. At 4:00 I texted my wife and asked if she had gotten anything... No... I called Edna's and the response was that my order "might" be on the truck or was "probably" on the truck. I explained that I needed them delivered by 4:00 and that this was putting us behind. We waited an additional 30 minutes for the flowers to arrive but none ever showed. I called at 4:30 to cancel my order and the woman on the phone acted like she had never heard my name before, didn't even understand the order number I was giving her, and finally exclaimed that she would just have to cancel my order and give me a refund. Well no joke lady. Needless to say I was in the doghouse all weekend because of Edna's Flowers complete lack of professional conduct and failure to deliver the goods. I will never order from them again, do not repeat the same mistake I made. What a joke.
