If I could I would rate these people a minus star!
I ordered a mesh cage from their eBay page which described it as measuring 16x10x5 inches. This was confirmed via the eBay order email confirmation. 3 days later I received a cage measuring 16.5x10x4 inches which was the wrong size and would not fit over the light it was meant for. Aban have told me I must now return (at my own expense) the incorrectly supplied item and enclose a copy of the receipt for the recorded delivery postage (which will require 2 trips to the Post Office, one to pay and get the receipt and then go away and photo copy it and then back to post it!) and they will then send me the right item and refund my postage only. Even though I've told them how much time I've lost as a result of their error they want to waste even more of my time. I am a self employed electrician and this is just ridiculous!!
Don't use Aban. If they send the wrong thing, it's your problem to sort it out!! read more
