In particular, a staff member in the meat section (an uncle who wears glasses) has been consistently unfriendly and comes across as hostile toward customers. I'm not sure what the reason is, but interactions like this are a big reason I've chosen to return to Forum, another Asian supermarket in the area. Jmart truly excels in product selection but falls short in the customer service department. With better staff training and a stronger focus on customer experience, this store could easily become a standout. As it stands, I'll likely continue taking my business to places like Forum.
