They should tell u that even though u have insurance they are going to charge u for takeing a pix of ur eye oh no that's wat insurance is for they waited till i actually walked into the office to throw that at me I can easily go to any other eye doctor and there no gonna charge me or bill me it's a eye exam I already been to different ones and they dnt charge you just horrible customer service I dnt recommend going here they are trying to rip off people just cause they wanna take pix a ur eye smh if I can rate a 0 I would read more

I went to Abba Eye Care for an eye appointment and was told that I could benefit from glasses. Because of the weak prescription and because of the money, I decided not to get glasses at that time. It has been quite a while, and I am going nuts. So...I went in the other day and told Jaclynn that I have changed my mind! She was awesome, and very helpful. She told me that it was no problem, and we could find the right glasses, and if the prescription has changed since my last visit and the glasses don't work, bring them back to her and she would help me make it right. My glasses are in, and I am so excited! I am extremely picky about glasses AND sunglasses. Jaclynn was very patient with me, so I boutht a pair of great glasses AND even a pair of sunglasses!. read more

I enjoy the great way I felt when I walked in and everyone was so friendly and helpful! Jaclynn Schreivogel was the first person to take all of my info and help with my paperwork. She helped me pick my glass frames and fitted them to my face. I truly was not only impressed by the whole experience but will return. My husband and I both got new glasses here last December, and had a great experience! Jaclynn helped us each find new frames and sunglasses. My husband can be very picky but Jaclynn had tons of patience, honest opinions and made us both feel very comfortable and happy with our choices! I love the quality service that I get at Abba Eye Care! I enjoy Dr. Pierre because he is so caring and asks questions. You have to leave them a message through a call center which they may or may not receive. The first time this happened, I ended up in the emergency room twice in 1 week while waiting for them to return my call. Last week we changed my meds up again and the provider said he would call me back on Monday, it's Tuesday and still no word. Left a message with the call center and they advised that he will get back to me at his convenience. If I end up in the ER again I may have to seek legal action.

After care from Dr Karney, I no longer had back pain…read more Sure, it took about 18 months to be pain free, but there are zero overnight fixes for the back pain . Dr Karney can help, but I had to put in my work too, by going to her regularly. She is good, but not to the point you can be healed if you don't go see her! Here in 2026, I still see her weekly. My back is not the only thing that has been healed during my years with her. I no longer take any pharmaceutical medication, such as blood pressure, Gerd, and sleep drugs. And after about 8 years on a CPAP machine, I have been sleeping like a baby without the machine for about 9 months now. My energy is the best it has been in 10 years. Brain fog has pretty much cleared. I have dreams again. What she offers is not the "normal ". But to be honest the mainstream "normal" wasn't working for me. And I bet you can do better too! Do yourself a favor, call and get started with true healing. I'm glad I did.
