Now Wednesday afternoon, and I've had to chase up the results as no one has called. Then I can't get the result over the phone, I now have to go to the walk in, potentially wait hours to be told if it is or not. I cant understand why you cant tell me if it's dislocated or just bruised over the phone. This is not some bad life changing disease. Now I have to waste my time potentially for nothing! I have so many better things to do with my time!

His bare fingers were directly typing on the keyboard and credit card machine. I asked him if he can change a new mask for me without touching the inside. He refused to change it, and say his hands were clean with really bad attitude. Firstly, he is very unprofessional and have no sense of hygiene, no qualified to work as a pharmacist. Secondly, he have a terrible attitude to communicate with customers. Even he known inside of him he did wrong, he is no willing to apologize and fix the mistakes. I seriously concern the professional level of this pharmacy, I never go there again.

Then I call the Dundas Neyagawa Medical Centre to request the referral. The receptionist was very rude and can't wait to hang up. She told me the referral was just sent out yesterday. In addition, on the same day, the phone consultation appointment I booked with Dr. Ali on 11 am never happened. I waited for the call for an hour, then I called the clinic. Again the same receptionist, ----I don't know her name, talked a very rude way, no apology and explanation at all, said " your name is on the list, then just wait". Given the poor service provided by the clinic, I am considering change my family doctor and definitely DON'T RECOMMEND this clinic to anyone!!
