Nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy to answer questions and offer advice on any aspect of dental hygiene. They also promote a very relaxed atmosphere especially in the practice room which gives the patient genuine confidence in the dentist. The practice is very busy which shows a high level of confidence in those who work there to do an excellent job and that patients can have trust in the treatment and advice they will receive. My toddler had an unfortunate accident and needed an emergency dental appointment and the NHS Direct service managed to get us an appointment here. The surgery is easily accessible by car and buses stop literally right outside it. Inside it's clean, bright and tidy with a pleasant and welcoming receptionist. The dentists are extremely pleasant and set both adult and children at ease being gentle and attentive and most importantly friendly and thorough. Despite being 'full' they very kindly accepted myself and both my children on their books going out of their way to help us. All in all a fantastic dental practise.

Although it is a private dentist i never feel like they are trying to carry out unnecssary work and they will only do what is required. They help me make the most of my dental allowance from my insurance policy and send you both e-mail and text reminders which is great as i often book appoinments at 6 month intervals. Imram my dentist and Rachel the hygienist are lovely and i trust them both implicitly to take care of my teeth nd kerp everything on tip top condition. If you are needing a dentist in th city centre i recommend this one. They can offer pay monthly schmes and often do seasonal tooth care packages.

I was in incredible pain, and was dubious that id be able to find a dentist that would accept me - i thought id have to wait until i was home and then make an appointment there. As i say, they were able to see me at short notice and i found the dental practice to be quite a relaxing place and the dentist that i saw put me at my ease. After about 40 minutes of dental work my condition was stabilised and i was out of pain and able to continue my trip. I felt the dental charges were quite high, but i couldnt fault there service in any way and if i lived closeby i would probably use them again.

George answered all my questions in depth and Niamh always made me laugh when I got breaks if I was in pain. I've been with this dentist for almost 10 years now and can only speak very highly of him. His…read morebedside manner is excellent and he quickly puts you at ease; and he makes the effort to get to know you, remembering details about your family, job etc. He's been particularly tolerant of our two kids (now aged 3 and 5) who have sometimes had to accompany us on various visits. The surgery itself is a good one (although the parking isn't always straightforward) -- there's always plenty of reading in the waiting area and some toys for the kids too. It's a slight pity that he's not an NHS dentist, but then that's the way of dentistry these days All in all, a decent dentist.
