Anyway I got a 60m massage with hot stones+towels and back walking and she was very thorough to focus on nerves and pressure points. I have a really bad back and she found all the knots and worked on them without causing immense pain(we've all had a massage where you suffer in silence a bit I think haha). The therapist asked if I liked medium or hard pressure so I told her my preference. She did a great job with where I need it to be hard vs medium. Warning - at some point the therapist is likely to get on the bed to grab the bars on the ceiling to massage you with their leg/feet! This isn't unheard of in Asian massages but more novel for Western massage. Barefoot massage has broken that barrier for Alaska I think - and let me tell you it feels good, especially if you need that additional pressure.
