I left a bad review for these guys and I feel bad... anyways I thought these guys towed my car and it was leaking because , the door handle was broken and they couldn't get in and put in park or whatever (didn't happen) and it turns out the oil leak was caused by a modification I did to my car. Anyways it would leak oil because ... it is old, or one of the mods I did to the engine causes the car to pass its oil out in freezing weather. WELL ANYWAYS it wasn't their fault ... it was mine. Quite rude office clerks. In the past, One of their dogs rushed me, bit me, and the office staff told me it's my fault because I was on private property....as a customer. I was outside the gated area in front of the building, walking in. I'm not sure they understand the legalities of how that works. Awful experience.
