This has so far been the best experience that my son and I have had with a daycare. The staff is awesome, friendly, and professional. There was one little hiccup with the billing, but they were quick to notify me about it and were happy with me resolving the issue at my convenience. My son loves the huge outdoor area that provides all sorts of entertainment from tricycles to things to climb or swing on. He also comes home talking about all the stuff he did that day or all the stuff he learned. I've never had him come home whining about having a bad experience here (unless he was misbehaving). When there is an incident, they make sure to create a physical note for the parents that describe what happened - great for when your kids don't want to tell you exactly how they got that giant scrape on their knee. read more

do not take your kids here, they do not take care of them!! i went in the other day to pickup my little cousins, they were playing outside with no jackets on in 55 degree weather, when they came back inside my cousin had snot all over her nose that had dried with her hair in it covering her eyes so she couldn't see and the staff did absolutely nothing to help her! they do not care about the children being brought to them to learn they only care about the money that's coming in from those kids. if you want your kids to be in a safe, loving, fun environment this is not the place for them! read more

We love ABC! I hate leaving my baby every day, but I know that she's in great care with everyone here. They know her by name and always welcome her with a smile! The check in and out process is easy. I also love the fact that I can bring in frozen breast milk and it will be or roper my stored and used. read more

ABC great beginnings was a life saver for our family! After our previous center closed due to covid-19, our 4 year old began regressing in behaviors and lacked the social stimulation she craved from peers. My husband and I both were both working from home, and with 1 child doing distance learning, and trying to work, my daughter was becoming restless and anxious. I wasn't getting my work done and we were struggling. I called abc just hoping, and Holly was wonderful! She answered all of my questions and said they had a spot for my daughter. They were open about their practices, curriculum, and facilities. I trusted that they followed all health guidelines, and I saw them diligently cleaning and taking temperatures etc. So I could focus on my daughter's social emotional health. Immediately she loved her teacher and made friends. They have an amazing playground, and do hands on crafts and learning activities. My daughter doesn't nap anymore, so they provided an alternate quiet activity for her and the other "non nappers". They have a great online system, to make payments, see notes and other info about your child. There is always someone available to help and answer questions, and communication has always been great! My 2nd grader was jealous that he didn't get to attend abc! My daughter is happy, playful, and we are so grateful for ABC!! read more

Both my daughters went to this daycare for about 2 years. I would have given it a negative star if that was an option. The majority of the staff their are rude and disrespectful to myself as the parent and to the kids. I've witnessed Ivonne (teacher to the 5 year olds) get really loud and aggressive with the kids on multiple occasions. I've addressed my concerns to the director (Holly Ertmann) and she said she'll talk to her about it and that was that. No follow up, no change in behavior from Ivonne. I've been told from both my daughters and my niece who also goes there that Ivonne pulls the kids arms in an aggressive matter and kids have no reason to make something up like that. Ivonne will tell the kids to sit still and be quite for 15+ minutes and puts them in timeout and get them written up if they don't follow her rediculous demands. Holly is one of the worst daycare directors I've ever dealt with. Lazy is the first word that comes to mind, she doesn't care about anyone but herself and the money. Along side with her assistant Jenna. They both push back on all my concerns and make it sound like it's not them, it's not their care center, it's not their staff, it's my kids which is absurd considering my girls don't have these issues anywhere else we've gone (daycare and school) They give me incident reports weeks later and expect me to address it with my kids but when my girls are hurt, I have to ask for a report. There was a time when I had to ask 4 different times and 3 different staff about one regarding my daughter's scraped knee, and no one could figure out what happened until about 2 weeks later, finally someone wrote one up. The cameras are good for nothing, Holly hides back there and eats all day long not returning my phone calls or emails until I bring it up in person. They gave me my annual forms to fill out on a Friday, I paid my tuition online that weekend and went in on the following Thursday to bring my daughter in and they turned me away unless I brought the forms. I pleaded with them to let my daughter stay while I was already there, (keep in mind we haven't there since the Friday night she gave me the forms) they gave me the option to pay for a new packet to fill out right then and there or go back home and bring the forms. I already had the forms filled out and promised I would bring it when I pick up my daughters and both Holly & Jenna were loudly telling me no, they couldn't do that. me and my daughter were turned away. The last day we were there was the day she handed me the forms, waiting a few hours for me to get the forms was apparently an issue for them. They blame everything on corporate but yet won't give you their number and thei website only gives you an email and routes you back to Holly. Their a bunch of bullies that take advantage of the system, treat parents & kids like garbage and money hungry. Holly's daughter ( I think she's 12 years old) helps the staff out by being super aggressive with the kids, instead of telling the kids to go somewhere, she yanks these kids arms to where she wants them to go. I saw her do it to my own daughter and had to tell her to use her gentle hands, her mom "Holly" told her to go to the school age classroom instead of addressing her action. Don't be fooled by their "Clear" track record under their licenses, they pay to have the incidents and complaints removed. Save your money and go somewhere else, this place is horrible. read more

ABC Great Beginnings - Jordan Landing UT is an amazing childcare facility that is clean and professional. I have a five month old and a four year old and I would not choose any other center for my children. They are loved and well cared for while in the care of the amazing staff at the center. My four year old knows all her letters and how to write her name, her development has increased dramatically and she absolutely adores her teacher.My five month old is loved on and cared for day in and day out by the infant staff, they take his care seriously and they even document what he does throughout his day, so I as a parent knows when he last ate and was changed.Compared, to other childcare centers this is by far the best hands down with the most friendly staff and their level of cleanliness exceeds my expectations day in and day out. read more

I don't even know where to begin. I was feeling major mom guilt over returning to work when my son was born. He's been going now for 2 1/2 years and is thriving! The building and classrooms are always clean and bright (which was not the case in some other places I looked at). All of the teachers love him and I know he's being cared for by amazing individuals. They spoil him rotten and show genuine concern for our whole family. They even brought flowers to me when I was in the hospital last summer. Some people ask how I can leave my kid with total strangers every day. My response is simple. They aren't strangers. They're family. read more
