I called in around noon on 12/12/18 asking if they embroidered baby hats and if it was possible to…read morehave a rush order (I found out this day I was going to be induced into labor next Friday...). The owner was the one who answered the phone and he said it wouldn't be a problem and to come by after 1 to pick out the fonts, designs, and colors. When I arrived to the business at around 130 there was another woman there placing an order. There are examples of his work all adorned on the walls. He has made some pretty cool work. A few moments later my mom and I were picking out fonts and colors. We were able to see the final design right then and there. The process took about 5 minutes. He said he would have the hats ready no later than the following Monday. It would be $12.00 for each design (I had three hats.) I got a call around 330 on 12/13/18 stating my order was ready. When I arrived the owner told me one hat got eaten by the machine and that my entire order was free. I told him the hat I got at a garage sale and it wasn't a big deal. I had no issue paying for the two hats he designed. The owner said, "I can't charge you. Have a Happy Holiday and a safe delivery." HOLY COW! If you want embroidery done here I recommend this small business. The two hats I did receive are super cute! I will definitely be back... And to the owner, I forgot your name and I feel terrible...Thank you!

I picked the athletic font. I asked multiple questions to ensure it would come out like expected/wanted. I requested all caps, 2 color stitching and for the monogram to to placed where it would still be visible if hood was down. They said they have done swim parkas before. NONE of my requests were honored. My teenager picked up the item, once I saw it was not what I ordered, I tried calling. No one has returned my call.
