I had high hopes for ABC Seamless, but my experience with their sales representative, Brandon, was frustrating from start to finish. It began with Brandon confirming our appointment, which I appreciated. However, he quickly turned the conversation toward ensuring my wife would also be present--despite me clearly stating twice that I would be the one meeting him. He insisted again, then launched into an arrogant lecture about the importance of having her there, which came off as condescending and intrusive. At that point, I almost canceled, but decided to give him a fair chance. Brandon arrived on time and began asking about the property, which quickly devolved into him speaking at me with a dismissive, know-it-all tone--using phrases like "That's a non-starter" when I gave input. I asked for a simple quote for a metal roof replacement, hoping to skip the sales pitch, but he insisted we sit down to go over everything. Since I had just moved in and had no furniture yet, he offered we sit in his vehicle. Inside, he launched into a lengthy 40-minute pitch that was more style than substance. When he finally got to the quote, it had little to do with what I requested. Instead of quoting a metal roof, he presented an estimate for shingles, gutters, fascia, and soffit--totaling nearly $50,000. I reminded him I only wanted a metal roof and no fascia or soffit. He updated the quote to nearly $70,000 for a metal roof and gutters--for a 980 sq ft house. For context, I had priced out a full metal roof package elsewhere (materials only) for around $6,000, and even factoring labor, ABC's quote was wildly inflated. To make matters worse, Brandon pushed for a decision on the spot. I asked for the quote to be emailed so I could review it. As of writing this, I've received nothing. As I resumed working on my house--literally tearing off the old gutters myself--Brandon sped away and ran over our construction cones. He dragged one down the street before pulling over to remove it and drove off without a word of apology. This entire interaction felt less like a professional consultation and more like a high-pressure sales attempt with an absurd price tag. I expected better from ABC Seamless, but this experience felt like a bait-and-switch attempt at best and a scam at worst. I won't be recommending them to anyone. read more

After hearing several commercials on the radio after a severe hail storm, I decided to call to get a quote on my damaged siding. When I called I heard the phone get picked up and then I got disconnected. I called back 3 additional times and got the same thing. Finally I got a voice mailbox where I left a message. It has been a month and no one has returned my call. I understand demand for siding replacement must be high after the last storm rolled through, however, I am not happy that I couldn't even get a call back. read more
