Our installer was away for the holidays and was not scheduled to return until January 5th. Unfortunately, our Starlink GEN2 stopped working and a new GEN3 needed to be installed, leaving us without internet. This happened just as I was closing out the year for our business and exactly four days before New Year's Eve (I was expecting 42 guests at my house for a party!). Grant was able to find an installer that could come that Sunday and also arranged for the installation supplies to be delivered that same day. This installer, William ("Bill"), was only one hour away and stayed in touch with me until Fedex delivered the supplies. Fedex delivered very late in the day, but that did not stop Bill from coming. By the time he arrived, we were almost losing daylight, yet that did not deter him from climibing onto our very high roof and making sure the GEN3 was fully installed and up and running. I truly could not have done this without Grant's and Bill's help. If you need Starlink installed or repaired, no matter where you are located, do not hesitate to contact Starlink Installation Techs. They will find the right installer for you, dispatch to your are quickly, and do so for a very reasonable fee. When we initiated the refund process through PayPal, we encountered an unexpected charge associated with this transaction. In an effort to defend our policy and clarify our position, we disputed this charge with relevant documentation. We presented a comprehensive case to PayPal, illustrating our adherence to the agreed terms and the rationale behind our policies. To our relief, PayPal awarded us the dispute, confirming our stance. While we believe that we acted in accordance with our established policies, we are genuinely sorry to hear that this experience has led to dissatisfaction on Mrs. Ciganovich's part.
