Turns out this place designs kitchens and baths and actually had a few rooms set up to help those who need to see real spaces to get a feel for them. Although I think our bath is limited without major construction challenges, I will keep this place in mind since it is licensed and insured and the displays looked appealing. But what really occupied my time here was checking out their extensive supply of Big Green Eggs. Seriously, where I live, it takes less time to get to Ellettsville than it does to get to Sullivan's Hardware on the northeast side (and less traffic too!) One of the two owners of the business came out to greet me when I entered and we started chatting about these state of the art grilling stations. My friend swears by his egg, so I decided to check out what makes them different. Turns out the owner I dealt with has been competitively grilling for a long time and I was impressed that he took time to answer many questions, steer me towards some You Tube videos for ideas, and even mentioned Sullivan's annual cooking competition as a place to buy lightly used equipment at a nice savings to get started. He was SO Helpful! Although I didn't buy one on my visit, I would have no qualms about returning here when I decide to pull the trigger on a purchase. (These aren't cheap grills since they are molded ceramic containers and can weigh hundreds of pounds.) From the business's website and Facebook page, they do encourage making an appointment if you wish to talk design for your kitchen and/or bath makeover.
