One of the busiest Pizza hut chains I have ever been too, as its in a very good area…read more Saying that you do have to wait a little while for your service and drinks and pizza but the salad is topped up and dishes clean so you can nibble the salad whilst waiting. The service has always been very good here. They did get a mix up the last time I went and gave me a thin and crispy instead of deep pan but made up for it by offering us both a free dessert. Thats great service..

We were served by a waitress immediately who efficiently took our drinks and meal orders and apologised for 'the wait'. This baffled us somewhat as the service had thus far proved hasty, however we were to learn that she must have been apologising in *advance*. The drinks - some simple diet Cokes - arrived forty minutes later and the food a short while after that, having been asked somewhat abrasively if we "had had our starters yet". The answer was no. Seeing as this is my first Yelp review I'm going to reign myself in and leave it there as I don't want to impart an overwhelming sense of negativity (I am usually pretty tolerant of restaurants, having worked in one myself) however needless to say I dont feel the food was up to scratch. Disappointing experience, and it is also a shame seeing as they are building a Mcdonald's opposite, which is sure to distract a lot of the chain's business. I would've thought service and reputation would have been high on this place's agenda considering the stiff competition on the new Leisure Park.
