Absolutely terrible customer service. I picked up my mower on Friday from getting work done including sharping the blades. Saturday morning one of the first lawns that we cut the one blade came loose resulting in the blade and bolt being bent. My guys had to pick up a new one from Jacks Small Engines as a result. When I brought it to the shop's attention the women try's telling me it's from my guys hitting something and bolts don't randomly come loose and they use impacts. At first she tried telling me that the blade didn't even look like it was sharpened... well if it didn't look sharpened why did I get charged? I was told I can't prove they didn't tight the bolt and they can't prove I hit something. If the blade hit something the blade would have damage on the cutting piece and not just a random bend. The bolt wasn't tighten so it dropped out of the deck and got stuck between the deck and ground. They gave me a blade bolt as "compensation" which didn't help since I had to buy a new one Saturday. All I wanted was a refund on the blades being sharpened since the one had to be replaced as a result of them not tightening the bolts adequately. They did not want to offer anything other than the bolt which wasn't even needed. Absolutely terrible customer service and I will advise everyone not to use them!! read more

Nothing better then the smell of new equipment. Went for just parts. Guy are direct and no BS. Prices are better then some of the other places I've been. Going back today for more maintenance parts. Good group of guys. read more

The folks here are essential and they fix any brand of power equipment at very reasonable prices. They also have a storage service where at the end of the season they prepared it to ensure that the equipment is ready for the next season and it ready prior to the need to use it. The prices are very fair. The sell several high end manufacturers lawn equipment which is priced based on its expected usage lite household duty to professional yard and tree services grade. read more

This is my go to store for outdoor equipment and repairs. Every time I have entered the store, I am greeted, given time to look around, and asked if I need assistance while searching for a new piece of equipment. The sales staff, as well as the repair staff is knowledgeable and eager to educate. The business is not out to try to sell you the highest price item in the store, they are there to help you find the best piece of equipment that meets your capabilities and needs. No question is left unanswered. No question is ever treated as if it were not intelligent. Very pleasant experiences here. Comparing them to other Stihl dealers, this place is it. They are diverse, and able to treat each customer with respect and kindness. I won't go anywhere else for my Stihl needs. I support the businesses that treat all customers equally. read more

I gave them one star because there is not a lower rating of no stars. I took my lawn tractor to them because the mower deck was not functioning . The worst customer service . They loaded my machine on my trailer and after i got home i noticed the keys were not in the ignition, I looked all around the tractor could not locate them , then discovered the mower deck was not assembled correctly, drove back to their store,told the guy about the mower deck he said he worked on it himself and denied making any mistakes but gave me two cotter pins to fix the deck myself, they could not locate my keys but seemed irritated with me as if it were my fault somehow that they lost my keys, he did give me a new key but offered no apology at all. Well guess what , the repair they did only lasted about 5 minutes then the mower deck stopped working again, after a phone call to them they offered no solution to their piss poor workmanship what so ever.... Worst. I called 3/26/21 requesting seasonal maintenance. I was a new customer, so I gave all pertinent information as they entered it into their computer. I had asked them to additionally check the tire that constantly losses air & give the tractor a look over & estimate for possible repairs(it was an older tractor 15yrs). I was told they were already in the area & to expect them within a week. 2 weeks went by&I called to ask if they'd forgotten me. Come to find out they did. They couldn't find my repair ticket in their system. They apologized & came out the next day 4/10/21. Said it would be about a week since they had messed up. I called on 4/23/21. They said they'd have to walk back into the shop & would call me back but all they had marked to do was look at the tire. (Almost a calendar month later since I first called to request service). They called 2 hrs later to tell me they didn't see the maintenance but would get right on it. Then they called within minutes to say the blade deck/spindle was so corroded that they couldn't really repair it. I asked them to just change the oil, fix the tire, & give me a few weeks out of it. They said they'd get it to me by the end of the following week. It is now MAY 4th. I called for status. They told me they aren't doing anything to it because of safety. 2 MONTHS TO TELL ME?!?! And between the two men that answered, there was one that treated you like a huge inconvenience. Try Eisner's or somewhere else, not because of the fact that Aberdeen couldn't repair but because of the rudeness of one of the guys who answers phones&the overall time it takes to get no work done. So disappointed. Won't even buy nor take new mower there now. read more
