I hired them to perform a simple job, add a small patch of sod to my back yard on level ground that was already irrigated. What I was left with was a patchy, uneven framework of grass. When I told them it was unsatisfactory they assured me would it "level itself and fill in". That did not happen. So they promised to come back and fix the issue. 6 weeks later nothing has happened and the area looks just as bad as it did day 1. To make it worse, they kept falsely promising week over week that they were going to stop by, even the owner said he would come by to take a look after I called to complain, but each week they no showed prompting me to have to call to reschedule and then reschedule and then reschedule, and so on. Now I don't even get responses. TLDR: Do not use this service. They give landscapers a bad name.

When I questioned this, I was told that drip irrigation in a planter of individual plants was not a proper application. No response when I asked them what a "proper application" for drip was in their opinion. They "tried" to fix their mess and were wholly unable to do so. When I had the system removed, we found the reason. Multiple spaghetti lines from one emitter. Surprisingly, all the water was going to the downslope plant and the upslope plants died. Who would have guessed? If you think saving a few dollars over an actual skilled company is worth it, think again.

The previous owner had warned me about it, but didn't know how it could be fixed. Doug and Loren came out, took careful measurements and came up with a plan which preserved the trees, which were near the house. They put in a French drain with a removable grate on the concrete patio as well as 6 separate drains leading from the house. Doug and Loren also gave me advice about how a guttering system could lead into the drains.The crew worked rapidly and took only two days from start to finish. Now my house is actually dry around the base, something which I didn't think was possible. They did a great job and at a very reasonable price. Yeah to Doug & Loren! PS They also won one of the top landscaping awards in the area.
