Normally, I am able to file my taxes through an online service and can make quick work out of it. However as I'm sure for many, my tax situation changed in 2020. So I felt that i should seek out a professional so i made an appointment at this office on Saturday, February 27th. The tax agent was far from professional and more interested in her commission than answering my questions. She said that if I was not ready to file then I should leave my forms with her so she could start working on the next person, although I was the only one in her office. She even went as far as to inform me saying, "I want my money just like you want yours". She definitely made me feel like I was wasting her time and did not have my best interest in mind. If "Block has my back", it certainly did not tell her and my well-being was definitely not her "top priority". I have been fortunate to have worked in the food & beverage industry for over 20 years as a dishwasher moving up to restaurant manager. Not once did I experience any one that I worked along side of or as a member of my staff treat a guest like I was treated. Extremely poor customer service, avoid at all cost.
