Victor is the sole reason I'm giving this company any stars in my review. I'm also a local business owner in the Taylorsville area. When I asked Victor if he could arrange a meeting with the owner to learn more about the business, he agreed. A week later, I received an email from Victor informing me that Lance, the owner, was too busy to meet with me. Determined to get to know the business, I decided to walk in and introduce myself. To my surprise, Lance agreed to meet with me and scheduled a time for me to come in and discuss it. When I arrived at the scheduled time, Lance came out and requested a rescheduling. I agreed, and a few days later, I attended the rescheduled appointment. However, Lance made me wait for 20 minutes before finally coming out and dismissing me, stating that I wasn't worth his time. He even invited another man into his office, who had just arrived, while he blew our scheduled appointment off. While I appreciate the positive aspects of their business in the Taylorsville area, particularly the efforts of some of their agents, I believe they should address the treatment of the female business owner.

I had no problems in the beginning, until I got a phone call on February 18, 2014. The personnel girl Julie called and said United Insurance Group wanted a copy of all registrations to our vehicles. We emailed them to her that night. Never heard anything until March 4, 2014. It was Julie again, she asked again and I told her we emailed them to her the day she called. She says oh!! The email must have went to my junk folder, let me look for it and I will call you back. She again calls me not even 15 minutes later. She did indeed receive the email and told me she would let me know if there were any further problems. So I hear nothing until last night March 19, 2014 when I get home from work and go to check the mail. I have a check in the mail from United Insurance Group that was my cancellation refund!! What??? I have now with no notice no nothing been driving for 19 days with no insurance! Are you kidding me?? I have not EVER had insurance lapse since it started driving at the age of 16!!! I have now today been continuously calling multiple times to try and get someone to help me! To no avail at all! All to get told there is nothing they can do for me besides write a new policy! Oh and the policy that was written for us in the beginning required that all cars must be registered to me... Okay, my boyfriends truck is not registered to me and he is on the policy! Might I add the fact that there is no customer service after 6pm! So if you need any help after that, you are out of luck! The advice given to me is to call the owners because all they can do is write a new policy! Three calls have now been made to both of the brothers/owners to include three messages left for them to call me back! No call back at all! Then I get a phone call today from Julie, she says she is working on getting it fixed and will try to get more quotes for me as They are an independent insurance company and they work with a lot of companies and they can help me, as I argued, who is going to pay for the higher insurance rate now that there has been a lapse! I was then told I would get a call back... I actually again called her back and left yet another message. It is now after 6pm and no call back or follow through with anything! With a business ran like this you will eventually be out of business! Now that my insurance has lapsed for less than 30 days I will now be paying a higher rate of insurance! Wow!!! Thanks for screwing me over Four Seasons!! Please do not insult me by making your excuses! I have read the previous review on here and it is nothing but the truth! I will be finding other insurance for my home owners as well! What a horrible experience!!!

Rather than owning the mistake or even hearing me out, they doubled down, claimed to "have a great memory," and basically gaslit me throughout the call. When I pointed out that I had followed their instructions and sent what was asked, I was met with more deflection being told it was somehow my fault for not calling after sending something. Anyways I had a friend come visit me at my store the other day and yes I started to complain about the mall security and how someone stole my bike off my truck. She asked me about the claim I told her my car insurance would not pay for it she laughed and said my homeowners would cover it. I figured it couldn't hurt to try so I contacted Renee she was very helpful she got the claims office on the line as they took all the information (she also stayed on the line) the claims lady gave me a number told me the adjuster will be calling me. Within 4 days they paid my claim. Renee constantly kept in touch not make sure things were running smooth. I would recommend this agent to anyone five stars from me you deserve it.
