Sav seems to be more of a business hotel rather than a tourist one as it is a bit off the beaten path. Unlike most hotels I would actually recommend their breakfast. They also have free WiFi throughout the hotel, a parking garage (available for a fee), free bike rentals, and a 24 hour gym. There's also a lounge/bar and restaurant onsite (not too much surrounding the hotel).

If you want service in the bar, you may have to ask the front desk to send someone. It is close to the exhibition center and a short cab ride to the airport. Long walk to train station (at least from an American viewpoint), so probably take a cab. When we visited, the cab ride to the station was less than 10 euros. If you are a tourist, be aware, it is a good 30 minute walk to the main tourist site, Piazza Maggiore. You can take the bus. Just be wary of pickpockets, but that's a given in Italy, no matter where you are. Or, take a cab. It is actually a pleasant walk on a nice day, with a great park about half-way in between the hotel and Piazza Maggiore. As a tourist, tho, you might prefer a hotel closer in.
