The inside smelled moldy and the red paint was very chalky. The seats were filthy because she had piled the seats full of junk that needed to be taken to the dump. I took it to Tom Ahl's for detailing after reading reviews. I wasn't really expecting that they would be able to do much for it since it was in such bad shape, inside and out. When I picked the truck up I was totally amazed. Upon returning from a test drive, I sat and waited for my salesman to become available. Not once did any of the other salespeople come and ask if they could help me. They could have easily helped in showing me other vehicles. After waiting for 25 minutes, someone brought out 3 or 4 pies. The salespeople and others from the offices came dashing to the location of the pies. At that point I left. My salesman called later to apologize. Maybe there is a reason the other salespeople had no customers and mine had 3. Absolutely inexcusable!

I was in with a 2006 Ford escape that another place said I needed six plugs and six coils. Dad's found all the calls were found, but found a fuel injector that needed to be replaced. Dropped truck off on a Thursday the 6th. Supposed to get it back on Monday the 10th. Actually got it back on Saturday the 22nd after many calls saying we are almost there.They never called me for anything else found they just repaired it at a cost of $1300.00 more! Never consulted with me if I could afford this or not !! I had to dig deep into savings for this even though I hated to do it. I would have appreciated a consult before the repair. It's scary to think what would have happened if I couldn't pay the extra money. They would have kept my vehicle so on and so fourth. To add insult to injury my truck sounds worse now than it did when I took it in. Drive to Toyota and the timing is way off! Made an appointment with Toyota to remedy timing. And then pay them, I should have taken it to Toyota in the first place, would have only cost me a few hundred dollars more. I could take it back to dads but at what cost? Keep my truck for two weeks again. Would they find a whole slew of other things to throw money at? Never called me the first time why would they call me this time.

They sent Hague Towing & Repair to pull my car out. They came after 20 minutes. Which, I have to say is fantastic time considering it was Super Bowl Sunday. Thank goodness Hague came to the rescue!
