The accident occurred Sept 2024 The paper work for the settlement was signed and completed in April of 2025 we were told a settlement check would be given. A week went by then a month no one was returning our calls. In August of 2024 Sam told us to bare with him it was the insurance company? Holidays rolled around still no settlement check. In January of 2026 someome finally saw the the case wasn't closed and the settlement was not paid out . A lot of back and forth and the paper work had to be resigned in February 2026 and in late Feb 2026 a settlement was received. This case involved a 83 year old man we trusted these lawyers would take good care of him it was traumatizing enough that someone hit him at a red light no fault of his own he was re traumatized by having to fight for these lawyers to do the right thing. Think twice before getting a t.v lawyer we read reviews BBB and yelp they used to partner with channel 7 everyday hero this wasn't a good experience for our family so please do your homework
